Over/underwatered?

Is this leaf droop water related? Im bout to transplant
cuz i dont think it drains well enough, but what do you
guys think?

What size drainage holes? the pot looks big enough,
maybe you should drill, or poke some more holes if drainage is the main problem

not enough information ..what kind of soil? looks like you have CFL lights..how often are you watering..ect..

Its crappy mg potting soil, w the time release shit. I got some perlite in it
an i water when my moisture meter says dry. CFL lights and a 400w HPS.

Pick up the pot. if it feels lite then they need water if it is heavy then dont water.

i think watering it every other day would be about right....the leave's other than a little droop look nice and green...if you feed it..feed it lightly..about a quarter to a half gallon of water every other day..just guessing by the size of the pot..a metal halide would help in veg...but you will get by ok with a HPS..if thats all you got..your HPS can probably go withing a foot and a half from your plant's ..especialy if you put a fan on the light and plants ...
