Over feed plants

Hello my friend I started my seeds out in some miraclegrow soil and I waited a week and I gave them some starter fluid which is ( grow big and super thrive) I gave it to them to early because there nothing but 12 days old I repotted and put them in foxfarm ocean forrest is this ok if so is and thing else I can do ? I have yellow spotting on my leaves and my leaves are curled under!!!

have you used any nutes since transplanting? If so, flush your soil, the best thing you did was take them out of the MG soil.

No I havent used anything but water I have them on to 105w equiv to 500w cfl bulbs is that enough light?
