Outlaw Sheriff being sued for stealing $1 Million in legal marijuana trees: “Get the f**k off my hill and go back to Colorado.”
The victims contacted the Never Get Busted Expert Witness Firm and a famous Arizona Civil Rights lawyer, Marc Victor. Mr. Victor is using the full force of his firm to file and litigate a multi-million dollar lawsuit. During an interview, Attorney Marc Victor stated,
“It is hard to believe that in 2015 our government is still at war with a harmless plant and the mostly peaceful people who grow, transport, sell and use it. What’s worse is that it appears law enforcement officials may have knowingly violated the law to impose their personal anti-marijuana views upon people who were in full compliance with the law. When ordinary citizens knowingly and wrongfully destroy the property of others, it is considered criminal act. This matter should be investigated carefully by the authorities and criminal charges brought against the people involved if appropriate. That this apparently intentional destruction of lawfully growing marijuana plants was accomplished by law enforcement officials should not matter. I intend to fully investigate what occurred, and to utilize our civil laws to vindicate the rights of my clients as appropriate.
I want to send a message to law enforcement that they need to respect the rights of all people; even those who lawfully grow and use marijuana.”
