yes any silica is good for the plants ..when sprayed on it does raise the PH of the leaf surface like greencure does..last I checked silica was around 8.9 ph in my spray bottle

i been reading up on the actinovate it appers to be great stuff just like greencure..im gonna use a combo of sprays next year starting very early on and defo hit them good on week 1 of flowering..i got my delahaze and berry bomb still out they are on week 8 of flowering and according to the weather man it suppose to be sunny and no rain for next 7 days..the last 5 days have been beautiful and humidity has been down so alot less mositure in the air but i hit the delahaze and berry bomb with the greencure anyways and they look great..here is a pic of the delahaze at week 7 they are starting to fatten up nicely..gonna leave it to go 10 weeks as long as the weather permits me to do so..View attachment 3259431 View attachment 3259434 View attachment 3259435 View attachment 3259436 View attachment 3259438

actinovite is good....you can water it in or spray it on..its a systemic fungus treatment...Greencure is good for PM..Copper is good for veg and first 2 weeks of flower at the most...it can leave a taste in your bud if you use it late in flower..same with sulphur...but they are not a cure all for bud root..a small preventive at most...they work great for PM tho...to me silica watered in weekly is the best preventive or even foliar sprayed on..it builds up strong plant cells so mold can't get hold...still not a cure all...
I absolutely agree with this, good info; only confirms that "age old adage"; "prevention is better than cure"....

I use Silica Blast (which is the same as Pro Tekt) everytime I feed/water. I add it to Neem oil, and Safer's BTK as well.
not exactly but close..."chelation" for the former = "EDTA" ; this stuff most definitely degrades microbeasties on the plant or within...

water the actinovite in...works better that way....it goes into the plant cells...dont skimp on the pro tek either...that works well as a foliar to prevent mold...and also water it in
spot on! if you will add the following to your regimen you will no longer worry about fusarium, boytris, bud mold, yada yada:

- nitrifying bacteria
- cellulose degraders
- heterotrophic bacteria
- phosphorus solublizers
- florescent psuedomonads

i spray buds and all; true story....

sounds like a game plan, indeed. i want to give a go with "guerilla" by Ace, cant seem to get 'dem 'der beans though. i am working the
fire now; that would be fire og sfv cut x cindy 99; she takes a beating too. the deer pruned it down to a nub and left me 1 leaf,
that ray of hope has come through, well kinda sorta, there are only 5 leads on her, beats a dry run...looking for 1 oscar from her,
dry of course...

lol ya man i already got me 3 new holes to dig in another great spot..they hit this spot from 8am till around 5pm right now so in the summer time it will get even more sun..i have already spent 450$ on seeds and im gonna need more(well not really but i like extra lol)..i keep finding good strains from u guys here in this thread..so thankful to all u fellas and whoever posts and made this thread..i love outdoor growing its just so much fun and rewarding..im looking forward more to next season then i was this season now that i know what to do for mold prevention..i already got greencure, liquid copper and neem oil but im also gonna get some actiovate and 3-1 spray from safer-it is a sulfur base spray bc i read somewhere that mold will build a resistance to the stuff if we use it year after year and use same spots..i use a few spots bc im a guerilla grower and i like to change them around anyways bc im always on the hunt for a more sunny spot lol
if you say so, believe me when i saw the "confection" come last year i freeeeaaaaked out in a big way. as such, at the time i deemed appropriate to eradicate/decimate the spores environment. i only went with azamax/actionvate...problem completely
solved, rather than a partial stop; i guess im saying you may be at overkill here; i may check out the green cure, too. i just want
to get this year over...

Chopped the last of my girls the other day. Colas were huge on this plant and once it's all dried and cured I'm thinking it should be a pounder without question.

It was a good year, but I'm always looking to improve
good job man, that looks like a killer spot, i would never make it home upon each visit, so tranquil looking...the purfeecct spot to rock
some "tranquility bass" or "stone-chilled-grooves" (a.ka. coldcut) and a spliff to "hemp of the century"...

lol i agree bro it prolly is over kill but i want to have the stuff on hand just in case i see anything like it next year(wont use all unless i have to)..this is first year i have ever lost complete plants to mold so im gonna be 100% sure i wont get it..im gonna get that activoate that as well and use it as a soil drench..nothing more painful then cutting into a top cola and see rot for sure..if i see any signs of mold next year im gonna be all over it like a terrorist, hitting it with different shit lol

This one is packing on weight and getting some leaning starting. It's about 9 ft tall
Nice looking plant, Marco. Good job man !

I've only got 1 plant left standing, and that's my "Jack Herer".
Been trimming for 4 days solid and still have an entire plant to go.

Final weight on the "AMS" plant came in at 2 lbs.1 1/2 ounces. ( dry bud )

My "Church" plant has been drying for 3 days now, and as soon as I get her all done up,
the JH will be ready.

It's a good thing I've got at least a week in between plants this year, that's for sure.

I gotta break down and get me one of these "Ganja Growing Girls" for next year
I need the help and it gets lonely after all my girls are gone. :eyesmoke:

Cola shot from the "Church" !! with just a rough trim. She did great this year. Almost no mold at all and no mildew either.
