Outdoor Nube

So.....I've been an indoor grower for over 12 years but never even thought about an outdoor grow, back in early May I was having trouble with one of my rotation clones, really slow growth so I figured I would put it outside in my backyard just to make room for another, totally expecting it to die with in a couple of weeks....fast forward to yesterday (AUG. 9) I now have a 5 1/2 foot plant on my hands.
Back in June when I realized it was gonna make it I knew I had to hide it,very nosey neighbors a customs agent in an upstairs apt. 2 houses down and police heli's everywhere (I live on Panama City Beach about 2 miles from La Vela so fly overs are common).
I think it is getting enough light, nutes and water but looks kinda stretched to me so here are my questions:
Does she look ok?
Should she have been in pre-flower in late July?
How much taller will she get?(I know about indoor stretch but not a clue for outside grows)
No bug probs yet but if I do have any, what are the best pesticides?
Appreciate any help and sorry about my ignorance.

Looks nice, lots of tops for one plant. Late july is a little early to start preflowering but not really unusual. I think you could get away with one more cinderblock under the "roof" and that would be high enough. I don't think it will stretch much more, but looks like you can adjust. As far as pests try and go organic. I just ordered some captainjacks dead bug. which isn't 100% organic (I don't think) but better than some of the poisons out there.

I think it looks good. That stretch will help air flow around those buds, and help keep out rot. You probably have a lot of time left for flowering where you are located. Here in maine you cant get much past october... Good luck.
