i dont see the point in autos in general or outside. since you want random numbers tho im going to say somwhere between 50 oz and 150 pounds. more or less based on random factors

you need like 150 square meters for big plants, but since its early you could maybe do half that and since its only 30 you could do 10 plants. not sure if that was helpful

you could fit like 20 max, I am not sure how big auto flowers get, but probably like 6 ounces her plant, maybe 10 maybe more. Someone had a 70 day OG and harvested it this week already, my plants will finish in like 5 months I am hoping for like 10 ounces to a pound off each, 2 grand daddy clones, 1 church, 1 Mango, 1 Super lemon haze, 1 Sourcream. the Sour and Super should give like a pound since they're sativas

you probly will only harvest about quarter of weed. I say this because out of a 150 auto flowers planted together your going to get some hermies you wont find!

I will say that when I go outdoors with my Auto's I usually go about a cubic ft. for each plant.
And I get about 8 to 12 grams per plant.
But I also use LowRider2 exclusively.

I don't know where all these guys are getting THEIR numbers from, but here's what I'd say just based on reading up on AFs over the last couple of months:

150 should be NO problem evenly-spaced in a 30x30 area. If you placed them each a foot apart, you'd have 30 rows of 30 plants (or 900 plants total). You only have 150 plants. If they're spaced evenly, there should be about 12 rows by 12 rows (or 144 plants) with each plant spaced about 2.5 feet from the next. Absolutely NO PROBLEM for most autos.

You can expect up to an ounce from each auto, depending on it's strain and pheno of course. If you're doing easyryder or dieselryder, you could expect these numbers to be higher, but like D mentioned in the above post, you can expect 1/4 to 1/2 oz off each LR2 outdoors (I've read the autos typically do better indoors at 18/6 the whole time).

If we go with an estimate of maybe a half to 3/4 oz off each (5/8 of a ounce off each plant), times 150 plants, equals about 94 ounces, or about six pounds. D said in the previous post that he gets 8 to 12 grams per plant. That's about half this. So if it's LR2 you're growing, you can expect more like 2-3 pounds.

This is, of course, assuming these plants are all female. If not, I'd cut those numbers in half again just to be safe.

To those who think autoflowers are a waste of time. These 150 plants could be planted within eyesight of a major highway without being seen. And when MJ does become legal, not everyone will bother growing gigantic plants. The autoflowers will become even more popular, as people will be able to plant them around their yard without making a BIG thing out of it. It's not like those humongous plants are gonna be worth anything anyway. Nobody's gonna pay out big money for something they can grow out in 60 days in their own backyard.

I'm perplexed on how a humongous plant won't be worth anything. An average yield for a properly cultivated plant for northern California is about 4-5 pounds per plant as said by Jorge Cervantes in a High Times issue, which blows away tiny autoflowers imho.

That big of an auto grow would cost alot of money in fem seeds,

Im breeding some lowryders for seeds now, an hope to use the clidal silver to make a huge run of fem seeds for a spring time grow in the wheat fields next year.

Ive grown 3 types of autos none yelded more than a quarter for me, but they are fast an stealty an capable of 2-3 grows in a season an I love em!

I think autos will become popular IF marijuana is legalized, but not for a lot of the same reasons. People will still want monsters, but for the average grower for personal use might prefer the auto. Mostly because the average person could get weed relatively easily, could plant and flower any time of the year(granted they live in a warmer climate), is fairly small, and does not produce more bud than they need.

Whats the historic weather patterns like in your area JoeyJams? One cannot predict mother nature to be perfect everyday for outdoor grows, learned this lesson myself had afghan kush inground, we had a unexpected cloud cover for five days and sent them into preflower mode. I have no idea what that would do to a autoflower inground outdoors, but I don't know if it could be good for yield. Understand that my afghan kush wasn't a autoflower, but just sayin we can't predict mama nature. We've used autoflowers indoors and know how quick to develop they are, have to always keep in mind to watch for preflowers. You know, I actually think autoflowers will become popular if it becomes legal. It's been a long while since we grew out some Roadrunner from Dinafem Seeds or Big Devil from Sweet Seeds(I think), but when we did it was a pleasure to grow and forget, and that sort of growing style is great for the average person who has a basic knowledge in knowing how to grow. I'm interested to know how this outdoor grow turns out though, good luck!
