i can list a few strains ive grown that really impressed me outdoors
exodus kush
blue widow
dinafem og
eleven roses-this one is amazing!a bit later but the finished product is aaaa,its sturdy,big yielder and pretty damn resistant to everything...including mold,and potency is 9.5/10

Takes a couple of seasons doesn't it?
to find keepers?it doesnt happen over night that for sure!
i test new strains every year...most dont make the cut
im testing jagersnitzel x dosidos,jager x purple punch,jager x forum cookies,ecsd x gg#2,lemon og,fire99(ive grown this a couple seasons....its an awesome outy strain)and og kush x auto fire99
also got 40 chem91 skva bx4s and 55 og chems
first pic is fire99 from a couple years ago,the version i have now is slighlty different,an auto c99 was used instead of the photo c99
next pic is the og chems sprouting up
next pic is the chem91 skva's,they frickin reek!even being o small
next pic is of the strains i mentioned earlier that im testing
i forgot i also have 3 sacred legend hashplant seedlings and a single ultra early love x cheese
gonna be a busy summer

Yeah... should be fun.
Sounds like you are into the most challenging part. For me, a first time grower with only 6 plants for recreation, its hard to set a goal.
The story of my garden is that the laws changed in CA. I was planning on making salsa. My cousin has a vapour pen. When I went into my first dispensary everybody was asking for CBD. I bought a pack of 6 six seeds. there were 12 in there. I lost all of the first 6 except 1. so I had to germinate the rest of them. they are F1 hybrids.
I live in CA, grow outdoors. the breeding company doesn't have much information to share with me. however there are noticeable differences in each plant. so I ask myself, "what is vigor?"

right now my tahoe og x jack, skywalker og x romulan, apple jacks, champagne x northern lights x old school hash plant, and purple kush x jack are exploding...they are all in the earth outdoors, all from seed
