Outdoor Aurora Indica Auto's

I've got some Aurora Indicas going at around 120 days. I was hoping to harvest in a couple more weeks but I don't know if they'll be ready. I'm trying to figure out when to go off the Fox Farm nutes and do a two week pre-harvest water. Feedback welcome.

I'm using Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. It's a guerilla grow in soil. I never thought of cutting nutes to help them finish. The larger one is more bush y but teh other two are definately Christmas trees. I normally LST but couldn't for stealth reasons. This strain would be good indoor with LST I'm guessing. I picked it for it's drought resistance traits. The only water they receive is from me. It doesn't rain here at all during the summer. I don't know what they'll yield but I think 2-3 oz'z is reasonable. I appreciate the tips.

Thanks Po Boy. What's your recommendation for trich color at harvest? I hear these Aurora's can be an ass kicker. I'm looking for less couch lock if possible.

I think I'll stay on the nutes another two weeks to see how fat the buds get. After all this, no sense rushing them.

i let mine get between 10 & 20% amber. if u want less couch lock may try 10% at the most. GL

Thanks tek. I dropped the usual gallon of water with Fox nutes on each one yesterday. I may have seen a fair amount of amber on one of the lower bud sites. I'm not sure though. I'll bring my loupe next time to get a closer look. It seems the main colas and miscl bud sites need to fatten up some more and the trichs are clear. I'm thinking two more waterings with nutes, I water twice a week, and then straight h2o to the end. I try to get some pics to post next visit to the gro site.

Hey burner~ yep, 150 days. Seems long to me too. They do only get 5-6 hours direct sun a day. Maybe that's the reason. Maybe it's my grow medium and methods. I grew some short riders last time and they went 120+ days under cfl's in a micro cabinet situation. I'm not happy with the length of either of these grows. The ends justify the means or length I guess.

They veged for 10-11 weeks. The Nirvana shop says it flowers for 7-9 weeks. The end of September would be around 9 weeks. I thought they were auto's. Woops.

Hey Fellas~ I visited the site today. I checked out some buds and I think I'm seeing a lot of brown trichs to the tune of 10-15% brown saturation. I had the water with nutes in it, 1/4 strength, the same concentration I've been using all along. I can't get right back there so I had to water them so I did. I don't see a lot of brown in the trichs in the photos like I did under the loupe. Maybe it was a reflection from something nearby? I'm wondering what you all think, if you can even make anything out. It's not easy taking good pics while keeping my head down in stealth mode. Yes, I'm that close to civilization. I'm also worried if they are ready to harvest now they won't get any flush waterings. Well, it is what it is. Watch ya think? Thanks.
