out of virginia outside growing

hey first time grower, just wondering if this is a good place to plant, i have 3 already up and in the baby stages, just now got the first leaves, the works. but i dont keep it in 16 hours of light, i bring it inside at night so it wont get to cold, and leave it outside all day while im at work (theyre in pots). and seems to be pretty healthy as of right now, keeping it watered good, and making sure it gets as much care and sun as possible. ill most likely be buying a light this weekend, unless there is no point, i just heard its better to get alot of light at the beginning becuase it will pay off in the end.

any help would be appreciated.

i think right now you have a pretty solid game plan. no reason to buy a light because you don't want to accidentally stress the plant and turn it into a hermi. check out my grow outdoor i also have 3 plants. the link is in my signature

ah thanks liebe appreciate the help, everyone makes it seem like its just easier to buy weed than grow it, i mean ofcourse it is, but i mean some of the people i talk to make it sound pretty diffricult. but yea today was the fist day it actually got good sun, been raining for days, but its still kickin.

Is where a good place to plant?
That is what I was thinking :)

I guess Virginia?

I used to live in Richmond and grew outdoors down by the James river every year. So yeah, you can completely grow there.

You can bring them indoors at night but I would not try giving them extra light inside. Just stay consistant even if you are not getting 16 hours of direct sunlight.

It is hard to keep an outdoor grow stealthy and give it 16 hours of direct. The plants are still getting diffused light even if it is planted in an area that is partly shady during the day.
