Organic cheap nutes solution

Can anybody give me an advice on a cheap organic nutes? I was reading few compost tea recipes on this board and found out that most components are fairly tough to find around my area and their total cost is quite high and even more when shipping is added.
I have somewhat easy access to few ingredient:
Bone Meal
Sheep Manure
and possible
Fish Emulsion

Can any of those be combined to create a good nutrient solution or be used separately?

throw in some dolomite lime, or garden lime and epsom salts, and i think you're good to go. must compost the sheep dip first. you can either make tea, or a hot soil, and just water.

im sure you can, you can also use worm castings which a 10$ bag should make yoou at least 50 gal of tea. i dont really know much about organics as i am starting my first organic grow this round

scroglodyte, the sheep manure is already composted, so luckily no need for that :) I was able to find dolomitic lime for fairly cheap so I can add that as well, also it should not be a problem to find blackstrap molasses if needed.
Can you tell me what should be the proportions for the ingredients to make a good tea? I am total noob in this.

matthebrute, I would love to get some worm castings, I heard good things about it, but I am not able to find it anywhere close :(

i make a tea from MG organic bone meal(6-9-0, very common) and molasses
works pretty fine and is very cheap, smell is kind of funky, but you can acquire a nose for it after a while

Can molasses be used alone to provide calcium and magnesium to the plant, is it a good idea?

molasses has many good things, just don't get carried away i use it as a tea, ferment it first, sugar in the soil may attract pests you don't want

And will attract animals. My 3 dogs love to get into my plants after a feeding of fish emulsion. :(

most places have access to peat moss, sphagnum is best. how about perlite? lava rock, say for a gas grill?
you said you can get dolomite lime. if you live anywhere, you can come up with nutes for growing. this is what i do.
find a local park,or woods somewhere close. find grass clippings, leaves, sawdust and compost with the sheep manure.
start with sphagnum moss, about 5 parts, add 3 parts perlite or lava rock crushed up. then add 2 parts of your compost mix[leaves, grass clippings, sheep manure]. to each cubic foot of mix,add 1cup of lime.
i use a 2.5 gallon pot as a part,so i add about a cup and a half of lime. add an alfalfa tea,2cups alfalfa meal or pellets[farm store] with 5 gallons of water and 1 tablespoon unsulfered molasses once a week.works like a charm!

don't start seeds in this mix,it'll most likely be too hot with the manure. cut back on any nutes for the first month, say half the manure with this mix.

bottled nutes are an unnessesary purchase! you can find all the things needed for a successfull grow all around you! just go for a hike and get some!

Do you have earth worms where you are? I bet you do so if you can, you can either dig some up or go to the bait shop and get either red wigglers ( Eisenia fetida) or what we call Angle worms which are your common worms (Lumbricus terrestris).
Start a wormery (sp?) and not only will you have a ready source of compost but an endless supply of castings.

Thanks guys for all the replies, but that a little bit to much info to absorb at once for a newbie like me.
Also I believe I did not mention that I grow indoor, meaning that animals wont be a problem but the smell of manure might be :-/ Also I am not very keen of having my own worms :)

I was looking around and was able to find relatively cheap Worm Castings.

So the list is:
Bone Meal
Sheep Manure
Worm Casting
Blackstrap Molasses
Epsom Salts

Can anybody advice of any good tea recipe using some or all of this ingredients.?

So I was giving it a thought and I was reading/googleing some examples and I came to this formula.
What do you think about it, will it work for Vegging? How smelly will it get? :)
1 Gallon of water:

1 Teaspoon Fish Emulsion
1 Cup Worm Castings
2 Teaspoons of Alfalfa Meal
1 Teaspoon Backstrap Molasses
1 Tablespoon Epsom Salts

Mixing 50/50 with water when watering

I think u have to compost the alf alfa meal first cuz it heats up in soil....I would use high Nitrogen bat guano instead. it has no smell and has a much better N ratio and many benificial soil microbes already inside,,,Does wonders for the soil and ur plant...Fish tank water u can feed to ur plants everyday...I would also not put the epson salt into the mix. I would just folar spray my plants with the epsom salts. Pluss fish emulsion usually has mag inside of it.....but thats a good feeding reg for ur sprouts:leaf:

Snag some kelp meal. It is a *must have* IMO

You may have to order it online, but a 5lb bag will last a long time, you don't need a whole lot.

A feed store might have it as it's used as a feed supplement. Alfalfa meat would be another great thing that the feed store will have as meal, rabbit food, or horse food.

Tea recipe looks good.

cool.......i know sheep dip is a hot manure. i've got 200 lbs of chicken shit, 600 lbs of spent mushroom compost, a pile of rabbit poop, plus the usual amendments, that i stock as i can. humic, azomite, kelp, etc. alfalfa is a great ingredient for your teas, and is super-cheap. never mind...lol.....see ya have it.

I am trying to get some Kelp, as I heard that it is very useful as u r mentioning Wetdog, but do you know by any chance if i can use dry seaweed from the Asians stores (the ones that is used in sushi (rolls)) instead of Kelp meal.
On another note there is no way I am getting guano, too expensive for my pocket unfortunately so I will have to stick with Fish or blood meal.

I don't do quanos either for the same reason.

Have no idea about the seaweed. There are thousands of seaweed and kelp is a specific species.

Check out ebay for the cheapest since it all pretty much comes from the same place in the N. Atlantic and there are only a couple of producers. Get the meal, not the liquid or extract. More $$$ and doesn't work any better.

Hi Qazy, I have two ideas for you.

Check out BMO on ebay, they have some great products rather cheap!

Bottled stuff aside, I would really give guano's a bit more consideration. When I do a compost tea, guano is one of my many ingrediants (Ancient forest, Earth worm castings, alfalfa meal, sea kelp, azomite, Molasses, compost, and guano's). A bag of guano can cost $8-$9, and can last a long time if your only using it in the teas.
