1. I planted 15 seeds and 12 came up
2. of the 12 that came up , only 5 were females
3. Of the 5 females , 1 hermie and 4 are doing well

a. Possible reason for low female count is vegging for 24 hours on and using LED
b. Possible reason for hermie is high heat

Anything else I can clear up?
Would you like a hit of this joint good sir (or a dab), I think you made it easy enough for even my grandma to understand. That deserves a dab!

I would also add that higher temps (in early veg) will increase the MALE to female ratio - more males.

When working with regular seed stock and going for max number of FEMALES, you will increase your female percentage by:
1. Keeping the light period down to 16.5 hours - absolutely no more than 18 hours. (I usually do a 17/7 light schedule in veg till preflowers show)
2. Keeping temps in the plant's immediate area around 65-68 degrees. Definitely keep below 70 degrees.

i seen someone give OGS a bad report about not emailing them back but i and many others from other canna fourms get immediate response from her..i asked her about 2 of her strains and this is what she wrote me back in like 15 mins from time i sent email and for the price i dont see how anyone can go wrong..each seed has a potential to be worth 2,000$ each here

Your latitude is actually going to give you a bit longer season than
we have up here at 45-46N.

The Rocket Chunk is super resistant to mold. Its got a LOT of outdoor
landrace genetics from Denmark and Switzerland worked into it over
some decades. It will definitely finish before the end of
September... probably by mid September (check trichs). But it can
take humidity no problem. It can even take full on rain and bad
weather in the last week of flower and will NOT go down to molds.

The Amnesia Hashplant is also VERY mold resistant. It will likely
finish at least a week earlier than the Rocket Chunk. Both varieties
you ordered can really take a beating from rain, cold, wet and still
finish and give you buds without a lick of mold.

Over 70% of my varieties are super mold resistant and great outdoor
performers. I've been working on that for decades now. And yes, I do
outdoor pollination with most of my outdoor varieties -- the old
fashioned way, with a studly male and a sexy female.

Picked up mastodon and amnesia, very nice service with quick turn around. They even used like a anti crushing thingy as a shell around the seeds along with bubble wrap, ain't nobody smashing them babies. Will use again.

Great company, fast shipping. Ordered some Mastodon and about to switch to flower in the next few days. Germed 5, all sprouted and two females. And I'm a noob so for at least the Mastodon, it's pretty easy to take care of. Would definitely do business with them again!

Last Friday i ordered the Iranian Early Flower and Mastadon. I realized afterwards that I'd meant to get Sugar Cookies instead of the mastadon. I contacted them to ask if I could change my order and got a reply shortly after. Deb let me know that she was out of the office for the day but would change it first thing the next day. Apparently she did but I hadn't realized that the change had been made, so the impatient ass that I am I decided to just reorder. I reordered like at 12 am Sunday. On Monday I get a call from Deb verifying whether I wanted 1 or 2 orders. I feel most people would of just sent the 2 orders, more $ for them but she took the time to call and verify. Awesome customer service so far. Payed by credit card on Monday and hoping to get them soon. First time growing indoors and ordering online, can't wait to get going.
