Oregon & California, when to start phosphorus?

When do you guys stop the nitrogen and switch to phosphorus nutes?

You want to start using nutes that're higher in P and K when flowering starts.

I switch to bloom fertilizer on July 1st every year and I get 7ft mosters!!
