Ordering some stuff

Gettin ready to order some things for a small single plant grow and just wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything.
Things on my list so far
2x2 tent
135 watt black dog LED light. (If you recommend a different one please tell me why)
I was going to use sub cool's soil recipe. I see a lot of people use it and talk about it so why not?
7 gallon pot
Small 4" carbon fan/filter
Am I missing anything?
What about c02?
Also!, I'm having trouble finding a strain. Finishing time doesn't matter. Looking for a strong couch lock strain!

frist off what strain are u running..photo or auto
2nd thing is with LED u have 2 choices.......... 1 is a all in one light (mix of both grow and flower light waves)........ 2 is getting 2 led Lights 1 growth 1 flower
depending on the strain u picked dictates

as for your tent size i would say a 3x3x6 this way if the plant goes massive u have the tent for something decent yeilds.............plus they sell items designed for that tent size

your fan ...........get a 4 inch with a matched carbon scrubber........run a passive intake (always rem never use semi ridge ducting always the flexie) buy a speed controller will aloow u to lower the rpms on the fan droping the sund and the amount of air it is sucking (180 cfm 190 cfm is the fan speed) do not get booster fans unless u are uing them for a powered intake .............carbon filter and fan should always match CFMs for the full 12 to 15 months of control of smell

I'll be running a photo strain, I can't seem to find a strain that suits my needs, looking for a sleep aid. Get about 3 hours of sleep at night and want to change that. ill order a 3x3 instead. What's a good LED brand that offers light spectrums for both cycles to fill up a 3x3? Price is no matter I don't want to skimp on anything.

bigger tent always go the bigger even 4'x4' is a breeze over those 2 foot slums ...lol for leds can the best Solar Storm ..google it ...lol

Check out the Area 51's. I've been hearing real good feedback on them. I run a BlackStar 270 Chrome and don't have any complaints though. Both are about the same price. Tent wise I'd say go with the 3X3. That will give you a little extra room to work. Besides, you'll never stick with growing only one plant anyway.

I do 2 plants 5 gallon smart pots in a 2x3x5 tent. I use a Area 51 led light sgs160. This will be first run with it replaced my 400w hps. I run a 4" 180 cfm inline fan with phresh filter. I grow soil using amended fox farms ocean forest. Black dog is good light too, if you keep to a small 2x2 area for one plant look at Hans as well. Maybe read up in led section there are some good grow journals using led there are 3-4 brands you should be looking at don't buy eBay China made led lights.

u want photos there are several that will knock u out .........along with some growing tips to increase this effect
blue dream ........is the most common ppl would say .the taste is good the effects are good the thc is very high so surplus can be sold at a high price to recover costs and investments

1 u need 2 lights ..............led growth .....led flower ..........
2 u need a tent
3 the fan and carbon filter.......speed controller.......ducting .........hose clamps (get those at local store 4 inch hose clamps look in the heating air section)
4....the misc stuff.............timer...........rope ratches...........then get some good old fashsionduct tape silver reflective kind and silver dull handy man weapons local store same section as hose clamps ......aviod the metal reflective

i am a soil bag grower myself ...........a large yeild plant means u need a large pot 7 gallons at most 10
soil ..............fox farms ocean forest..........it is all made up pot it use to grow
feed ............i use the Go box combined with the foxfarms powders..........u need 1 ml and 3 ml pippettes


everything i listed will match ........the tent i showed i like those ppls the design is nice ........fan will controll the stink from the flowering good for 12 months 15 if run slower with the speed controll........lights they are blackstar one is growth one is flower u need both ...............the feed has a plan on the side to fallow it is organic so feeds those goodies in the soil that helps the plants.........the powder is for the flowering stage u mix some in now and then to boost the organics (techinally u are still organic those are just chemical since u get most bang for the buck)

i used amazon since it does not link any where u live info and not a endorser or anything like it is just easier to use


and the trick to make it knock u out stuff is ..............wait and let it go longer u want to let the resin glands on the plant to go 50% milky and 50% amber .........by the time u get it smokable it will be more 80% amber due to the fact they keep going after cut.......that will lock u down and make u sleep like a baby

Coo thanks for the response mane! This will bet second grow. Last year I did a 4x4 tent with a 1000 watt hps, strain I picked then was critical mass autoflower can't remember which breeder. Anyway I had to work out of town 5 days a week and I left my little brother to help and he did a horrible job of helping. With 10 plants in the tent it only produced 12 ounces. I knew that was too many plants but whatever. This time I will pay special attention to this plant ady take notes from day one to the last day it cures.

So now I've narrowed down what all I'll be purchasing.

3x3 tent
California light works 400watt LED
6" CAN filter and fan combo with switch
Timers, temp and humidity stuff ect...
7 gallon pot
I'll be using subcools organic soil recipe, And I'll also be attempting to mainline this plant. If I fuck it up oh well I don't care it's a learning process. I'll have a grow journal when I purchase everything. Just can't decide on a strain. I really want to try something I haven't even heard of.

Sounds good, light looks cool. That fan will be overkill but hey if you decided to go back to hid your set. I mainlined last two grows and really like it. Fun process just takes a while to veg. It isn't hard, but there is a learning curve. I never do autos and not sure if and/how that would work with them. I have used attitude for seeds with no problem. I tried hippie killer, something I never heard of. Was so so good yielder though. I did see a few people having issues with seeds getting past customs, not sure if that is still an issues.

no those are the photo's
they sell auto strains of those ..............just look for the word auto in the title

all those are 100% photos no auto flowering dna in it at all if u want the autoflowers say something i will link the one that did me the best so far

Nah I want to try photo this time I did Autoflower on my first grow and wasn't happy with the potency or yield. What about Barney's farm critical kush?

plus i dislike the Kushes
berries, diesels or chesses are the ones i tend to grow and the ppl snap them off me with in 2 hours of them being jarred up
