and its not cause the plant hermed as strains ive ad in the past with a tiny little herm trait (ESBxHW) were pottent.

I grew the super sour og (and emerald jack) from emerald triangle. I did regs, there were some herms with the ssog. The one decent pheno out of a ten pack smelled like sherbert it was really nice, but low yielding and not very potent bud. I culled the herms around week 4 so cant comment on them beyond that.

there's almost as many ways to grow weed as people doing it. if you're using flourescents, then you'll definitely have a full spectrum at the very least.

one of these days, when i have a head stash, i want to try a SCROG grow of something impractical like a 12 week strain grown under shoplights as close as possible to the screens just to show it can be done for those who don't have the money for lights and ballasts, or that want a system that's easier to set up and tear down. one of the advantages to doing it that way is you could start with just one light, and then just add more as needed as your plants fill deeper into your screens AND do a poor man's light mover where you space your lights 1 empty space apart and move them each day to get maximum coverage with minimum watts.

good luck with your grow and hope you score some swesome bud
I do it all the time, you can get great results with fluros, even low power ones.

The pot is better all the way around too. I've grown many of the same clones under ALL types of lights. And the answer is the same over and over again, fluros = better weed. More flavor, more potency, more quality. They lack YIELD, that's their only drawback.

I have had hit n miss results with GHS..grew Super Lemon Haze 3 diff times and those all turned out awesome..I also grew out theyre Trainwreck and it turned out pretty decent too..that was one of my first few grows so I didn't have much experience either..check out my album for it https://www.rollitup.org/members/superman27nc-67354/albums/trainwreck-30134/

I get that there are good and bad genetics in strains but there are also a lot of variables that go in to growing out a strain for what it's worth..I say give it a shot on any of those you picked..for me I always do a multi strain grows because I am growing for me and some friends..I enjoy a variety..pick and choose what sounds good to you my friend and rock it!

Ive always been curious about HO's... almost went that direction, just didnt know if Id be able to dissipate the heat in my cabinet's properly.

I feel the same but I have added uvb cfl light to the fluoros and LED's. Best quality for me with no doubts about it.

I use 55 watt pll's with reflectors and get pretty good yields. An equal number of watts with hps might yield a little better.

Super Sour is some of the best bud I have ever smoked. Grew it outdoor last year and it looked like fire indoor. Finishes early and it's some really nice stinky buds. Has a nice citrusy OG taste.

I have Super Lemon Haze and Space Queen en route.
Do you have SLH going right now? I ordered a 5 pack I will be growing (2) as soon as these dream lotus come down this week. For the following grow, I want to try ghs lemon skunk. That's about as far as I'm willing to dive into the GHS gene pool though.

Have you ever tried MH + HPS in flower? I have only flowered with HPS, but seems like you would get the quality of blue spectrum plus the yield of HPS. Especially if you threw in some uvb and t5 side lighting... I plan to have such a setup in the near-ish future.

You can't go wrong with Super Lemon Haze..out of 3 runs I had one plant that really tasted and smelled like lemon heads..the rest was still really citrusy..all had an awesome long lasting high

Yessir I do, 2 seeds that have noticeable differences in the pheno. Bought a ten pack, first two.

Just took 10 clones to back myself up in tough times of 'space'

Fantastic so far. Even in veg it smells like pure rank (one of the phenos), you rub the stem and its not a dank smell... It's a straight "Ass of Skunk" smell (Branded by FranJan and myself, he has a similar pheno as well)
