Order from Attitude not recieved...

Well placed my order on 6/4 during the quad promo, it got shipped on the 6/9 and arrived in New York 6/12 where it has remained ever since. I did purchase the guarantee like I always do, with the t-shirt, so Im hoping and assuming that it will finally payoff as this is the first time I needed it, thank goodness. My question is anyone have any advice, it has been taking longer to get a response, I havent recieved a customs letter yet, which if it got snagged seems kinda wierd. I havent been blowing them up with emails, I think Ive sent like 4 emails total over the last 3wks or so, but I have seen a few more complaints lately which has me slightly worried. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated, I have confidence in attitude and Im totally stoked about the quad promo order, hopefully assuming I get my order I still get the same seeds or atleast the same breeder's offered in the promo, another worry about the order. Anyways any helpful insight would be cool, take care e1, peace

Your order may have been picked randomly from the batch of orders and searched. If that is the case they may have confiscated it. If you have been waiting this long I would assume that you are not going to get your shipment. It's been picked up. I hope the same does not happen to mine.

I would be pissed, and you had the guarentte. Keep mailing Rachael, and let her know wtf is going on. She's gotta reply sooner or later. I mailed her once cuz my two outta five seeds were cracked. She got back to me in a couple of daze. Good luck

Well it looks like my order is going to get re-shipped, I got an email a few days ago wanting me to send them the account and delivery information. Just to be clear Attitude shipped the package 4days after the intial order, this whole time its been with USPS or possibly customs, so wasnt attitude's fault I didnt recieve it. I tried to remain as patient as possible and I think I did a fairly good job, although I was starting to have my doubts after a few emails werent responded to, but looks like everything is going to work out. The one thing Im curious about now is since I ordered during the quad promo, which had like 7 promo seeds from 4 different breeders, will I still get the same seeds, Im hoping so or atleast someting comparable from the same breeders, but we'll see and I'll let rollitup know. Yeah Ive had over 10 successful orders, usually around 2weeks until delivery to the west coast, this was the first problem and it's because of USPS or customs snagged it up, but I never recieved the customs form stating they have my package, so who knows. Ive mainly used attitude for over 10 orders, I used singleseedcentre and nirvana both once without any problems, but nirvana has very limited selection and I mainly like to seeds still in package from breeders so Im not all that big on single seeds, besides attitude has the picknmix if I want to go that way. I dont mind paying a few extra bucks, espcially when situations like this arise and I need an order re-shipped, I dont know what would happen if usps lost my package and it was coming from nirvana whether or not they would replace it, not to knock nirvana cause I love the blackberry they got, and surprisingly enough their new autos are doing great and they've been outside the whole time, all 6 are about 3ft tall with very tight node spacing, should actually get close to the yield I got off JD's auto ak's which I thought wasnt even a thought. I will let yall know when I finally do get the order from attitude, I imagine another couple weeks, hopefully sooner, but atleast I know now that its getting re-shipped. Peace Every1

I ordered from nirvana for the second time and my order didnt arrive within a month. I told alice, and they sent another order. A week later i got both packages on the same day. The first order was in transit for at least amonth and the second only a week and arrived on the same day. USPS's fault, I'm sure.

maybe customs snatched it and flagged your address? idk. interested to hear what happens.

Well Attitude has re-shipped the order so hopefully everything goes fine this time and the darn postal service doesnt screw it all up again. I really hope they dont flag my address, Ive never heard of that but that sure would be a bummer for the future. The weird part about the whole thing was I never recieved a customs letter either, which if it did get caught up Im sure I would've gotten the green forms, but who knows. So in the end Attitude still rocks, nothing was there fault, Im hoping I get all the seeds that were in the original order during the quad promo, I'll be sure to let everyone know how things turn out. I ordered with Attitude a few weeks ago and received everything within 7 days. I was so scared being the 1st order I've ever placed. I had it shipped with a t-shirt and that's how it came, in a packaged wrapped up in the tee shirt. There was a sticky-tag on the main package saying it was approved by customs and that it was a tee shirt (i'm assuming they xrayed it?). I wouldn't worry if I were you. It may have been lost. Who knows, you may receive the 1st ordered packaged a few weeks after the second. Hang in there

Yeah Ive had quite a few successful orders, the main thing was this was a more sizeable order that I didnt want to have any problems with, if there lost too long it can affect the seeds viability, but as of now I should have the package on Monday, so all is good, I'll be sure to let everyone know for sure how it turns out, but according to the tracking info it was only a couple of hours away today(Sat) so it will be there on Monday, thank goodness, thats why I almost always spend the extra $10 for the t-shirt, I got a whole damn closet full of their gear. i made an order from the tude around a month or so ago.. probably about my tenth or so from them alone... my last order and this one, i decided not to go with the guarented shipping, and my tracking just says that originating post is preparing shipment.. its said this for about a month or so now.. i've pretty much given up on the idea that i maybe getting this order, which really sucks balls as it was almost a two hundred dollar order.. the new th seeds mk ultra wreck, ak 47, and another strain from delta nine labs, along with all my freebies..
given that i didn't pay for the added secure shipping, do you think i should even try and contact them and see what they have to say? or just write it off as a loss? any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.. as of now, i've just given up the idea of getting them and am waiting on my order from sannies and bc bud depot..

yah, i usually go with the t shirt, but being that i'm like 6'4 and about 250 or so, the damn things never fit me anywho's, so my last order and the one before that one, i went with the non secure shipping.. the last order was almost sent back to them as the mailman said that i wasn't home the first time he tried to deliver the package, even though it ended up not needing a signature or anything.. that is also why i opted for the non secure method too.. i didn't want to chance the package being sent back again, or even almost being sent back again..
i just emailed rachel at the tude a few minutes ago to see what she has to say about the whole thing.. i'm pretty sure that i am going to be out my two hundy, buy we shall see.

just a quick ? for any of us who have gotten that dreaded letter from customs. how long did you wait on your order before you got the letter from customs? i'm just wondering if my order was confiscated, or just got lost in the mail..

I ordered with nirvana last month and my order was seized. First time Ive ever ordered seeds too and Im pissed I cant even get anything online.

Well I recieved my order last monday, it didnt have the quad promo seeds but I got the same amount of seeds I would've got and hopefully I may get a few of them with my order I just placed last night during the august promo so I could try out some shortstuff autos, the super cali haze has me interested with it being a 120day auto, probably 4-6oz, maybe more, I have averaged almost 2 per lowryder auto ak's in 70days and I currently have some grassomatic critical mass X auto ak's going, along with a few nirvana autos, all have been outside after 20days of veg under 400w MH which gives them some better size before going outside. My friend and I have a pretty big outside medical grow going and its awesome to get all these little bumper harvests in the meantime to tide us over, along with our cycles of indoor, the autos have added a whole new dimension to growing which I really enjoy and have been impressed with the quality and yield. So in the end attitude made it right, it was never their fault to begin with, usps somehow lost it, my tracking number still says its in New York, never got a customs letter so I have no idea. My order actually came registered mail to my po box which was a first, I think they did it because it was a lost order not a confiscated one, or atleast I never got the letter saying it was snagged up. Im really hoping they might throw in a seed or two from the quad promo that are back in stock, I want the SS chronic, sour kush and/or the magus genetics gear, but like I said I atleast got the same amount of freebies just different seeds and 5 of them were autos I havent tried yet so Im actually rather happy cause its something I can grow immediately rather than waiting for the indoor to get done. I was a little worried because it was odd that I never recieved a letter and it did take about 7wks from the intial order but as long as you get the guaranteed shipping you dont have to worry, you will eventually get your order and I bet nearly all will come quicker than what mine did. Again the whole situation wasnt attitudes fault, which is why I didnt bombard them emails like some people do, its not going to help anything, probably actually slow them down having to read through repetitive emails about the same topic. If you do run into a problem send an email and give them a few days to reply, usually you get a response within 48hrs, but for some reason you dont then I actually think its better to give them a call like I did, sugar gets you more the vinegar, lol, or however the saying goes. Attitude still rocks, Ive grown some of the best herb thats come from the breeders offered, Ive had almost perfect germination with their seeds, maybe its my technique, but atleast I know they have good storage and have always supplied extremely viable, stable genetics, aside from greenhouse church, but Ive had other greenhouse gear that was very nice, some of the best trainwreck Ive seen and I live in N. California 2hrs away from the birth place of the arcata cut. Sorry Im rambling, everything worked out to my satisfaction, Ive already placed another order, so for those of you out there pondering what bank to use Ive recieved every order using mainly attitude, but also nirvana and speedyseedz, but the monthly promos are great marketing cause I almost always place an order every month since they've started this trend.
