Optimal Time

I have a cabinet scrog that is about ready to harvest. It's been 73 days since I switch to 12-12.

These pics were from day 68. I'll take new ones right before they wake up this evening.




I was hoping to harvest this weekend but I might have to wait a few days. I am leaving for vacation on April 2nd so 19 days from now. I don't know anyone who could come and burp my mason jars while I'm gone for a week. When should I cut them so I can be sure they are dried enough that they wont grow mold while I'm gone?

I would handle your curing business as normal, but don't pack the jars so full. Leave room for them to breath. Keep them in a cooler dark place. Perpetrating the mason lids with a couple holes is another option.

Those look really nice.. Good job..

I just checked the trichomes on several different buds. Some have about 10% amber, others less. I think I will wait 3 days and harvest Tuesday. That will give be 16 days to dry/cure before I leave for my trip.
