Opposite Twisting Bottom Leaves

So, they are about 20 days old. I transplanted them about a week ago from a smaller pot. The roots weren't bound, but they were starting to collect at the bottom. The ph is right at 7. I am using foxfarm OF and haven't started adding nutrients yet because I am still potting up. What is happening on a couple of the plants are the bottom leaves are twisting in opposite directions and getting some folding under on other leaves. It is not on many of the girls and only on the bottom fans. I am also getting some yellowing on initial 3 leaf. Temps range from 76 or 83 during the day and 70ish at night. I attached pictures of all.

I think the last pots I had them in were to small (they are new pots). They were in for less then a week though. I always went on the rule of a tight root bundle, so you pot up. They are in 8in pots now. They have plenty of room to grow until I start flowering.

As I understand it foxfarm isn't a fertilizer, so it's neutral. I haven't been aggressively feeding, been half doses. I am watering them every 3ish days now...

sorry mr.ghettogrower but your first answer is incorrect. no way is that root bound, maybe, maybe if it were 2ft tall... then we might be talking about root bound issues! it is however slightly over watered cuz the leaves are wilting a little. under watering and over watering look very similar too fyi. you should not water the until they wilt from under watering, this promotes root growth cuz they have to search for more water.

I'm voting for over watered! But I would also pop that one
out of the pot and check the roots they could of got stuck on something.
