OOPs! I left my lights on 22 hours 1 week into flowering

As the title says, I accidentally left my lights on for 22 hours during flowereing. What is the best way to recover. Should I just resume the normal 12 on 12 off on schedule. Or should I leave the lights of 26 hours first and then resume the normal schedule? They are just starting to show growth where the sex pods would be, but I can not yet tell what sex they are. I have three plants in a space that is intended for one, so I need to determine sex ASAP to get down to one plant. The things are really starting to stink and over grow their environment. Any help is appreciated.

On a different topic, I have a flood and drain system I made out of 3.5 Gal buckets. I noticed last night that the pump stoped working and probably has not worked in over a week. So I lifted the top bucket and saw nothing but roots. The plants look extremely healthy, so I can only assume that the system is working as a DWC system. Nothing I can do about it now except make sure they are getting nutrients and oxygen. Plus, when I remove two of the plants their root systems will remain to rot. Do I have any chance of a harvest?

FYI - These are three Nirvana White Rhino plants that are about 12 - 14 inches tall. Veged for 4 weeks and have been flowering for a week. Using Lucas formula with maxi bloom. Veged with 3 23w 6500k CFL, flowering with 6 23w 2700k CFL. Plants are very bushy with no signs of any problems.

i'm far from an expert as i am still learning alot myself but i would definetly say put them back into 12/12 asap and BUY a TIMER!!! lol you can pick one up cheap for like less 7$ at walmart or home depot. if they have only been in flower for a week you may have a chance of them being ok but normally they could turn hermie and ruin the grow.

well
i read 1 time before think it was bout improving yeild, but basicly it the dark period thats important as long as its not interupted so chemicals get to a certain point you should be ok:hump: i'd go straight back to 12/12.
if im wrong correct me
1 last thing what if there 3 females? theres nothing as hard as throwing out good plants:cry:

Its takes 3-4 days to revert to veg. they are fine. Dont keep it a bad habbit. Everything is on timers in my grow room. cept my fans. They are on thermostats. A/C is on timer tho. You never run cooling at night. I vent room to room to even temps out. One room is off and the other is on. It creates airflow in the one that is off because the heat turns on the thermostat.
The smaller room i use has a 6 inch fan going outside and its plugged into the thermostat in the bigger room. Because i use a 1700 can fan. So imagine 6 1000 watts heat going into the smaller room It would get to hot. Depends tho. Its good because my rooms never get cold and helps with airflow.
I use the 6 inch to reduce pressure it my room cause the fan is really powerfull.
That is what most people do who run more than one room.
All my fans are on thermostats cept for one stand up in each room that is on 24/7.
I set it for 28 and it turns on at 30 and turns off at 26.
I would black them out untill your lights are sappose to come on.

Thanks for the reply. I have digital timers, but I had to replace the vent fan last night due to extreme stinkyness. I must have bumped the manual on then. This is a stealth grow that not even my wife knows about. If I loose this grow, no huge deal as it was a trial run. I plan on planting feminized plants but I did not want to waist expensive seeds on my first go. But the plants look better then I ever expected at this point.

Although the plants are all very similar, I have them ranked 1 to 3. After I know the sex I'll know which one I'll keep.

I use filters on all my inline fans. Cept intakes. when i vent room to room they are on filters and my OUTtake.

Well bummer, all three are males. I don't think it was the screw-up in the light cycle because the little balls were already there before that. I just couldn't tell the sex at that point. All three plants look very healthy and are short bushy plants with no damage or color variation in the leaves. Should have been good genetics because they were Nirvana White Rhino seed. It could have been that they were too crowded or that the roots grew into the reservoir or maybe it was just bad luck. At 50/50% chance for every plant there is a 12.5% chance that they would all be males anyway. Who knows. Next time I will just use one feminized seed.
