Oops!! Bought the wrong seeds!!!!

Hi all, I'm a first time grower so try and go easy on my stupidity!!

I recently purchased some autoflower seeds and proceeded to grow them.
5 weeks in and they weren't flowering, so I double checked my order and I bought the wrong seeds!!! They're photoperiod!

They're now 1 1/5 - 2 feet tall and one is very busy. I switched to 12/12 lights yesterday but I've read they can double even treble in size during flowering. My grow space is only 1.6 meters high and that's the light included!!!

Any ideas what I should do?

use a 18/6 or 20/4 light cycle for whole grow; Auto grow cycle_ 3 week veg and then 5 weeks flower (generally) you will have a harvest in 60-7- days depending on strain. a good strain to learn

Do you know which strain is it? If I understand correctly you wouldn't want the plants grow large.

or take clones and start over and try to get a bigger tent in the mean time

assuming ur using cfls tho since its sucks a small room like a said tho u maint be abot to tie them down

Thanks guys. The strains are 1x black destroyer and 1x pure kush grown under 1x 250w hps

Stan, you are right, I didn't really want them large and as its my first attempt I wanted it to be quick an easy!!!!

Oh well!! I was thinking of tying them down but I don't really know what I'm doing!!

look up lst or scrogging man... that black destroyer grows pretty big i got on stretching now

i really sont see u having the room with a hps tho.... id clone and start over

12/12 from seed maybe or like i said start over with clones save up money for a taller tent. or build a taller room

just keep going....if they get to tall bend em over. you already have 5 weeks invested in em.

lol yea u better start them at opposite sides of the room and slowly work them all the way down while they are stretching ....

Daloudp, I'm not sure about cloning, and I do kinda want to see where this goes, as an experiment!!!

I'm going to look up lst and scrogging as you suggested so I'll keep you all informed on the progress.

On the bright side, I'll hopefully have a lot more bud than first anticipated!!!
