I was wondering the same thing...I'm in southern ontario (kitchener) and got some summertime buddah and bagseed going outside. Some of the bagseed started to flower in early July (so far all girls!), but the summertime buddah and some bagseed still haven't started their flowering. It seems odd that plants of the same strain would have such a difference in flowering dates. Anyone out there know why that would be?
Your plants may have an auto flowering gene in them, but it has only come out in some of the plants. I think it would be pretty cool, get ya some early smoke!

Today I went and did a check to my plants.. Seems as though all this rain hasn't effected it too much.. Me and my partner put them outside on the last week of May and they were aprox an inch tall..

Today they are over 5 feet tall, as well on fan leafs middle leafe is aprox 3 index fingures long..
