Only using base nutes, for growth and flowering, is it sufficient?

I'm at my first grow and i only used the two basic nutes, for grow and flower, no other additives. Those additives are costly so my question is , does it worth it's value? From your experience I invest in the additives will my bud yield be much better?(I grow indoor in soil)

It is beneficial (in my experience) to utilize a wider range of nutrients. Most floral stores and gardening supplies carry a Micro-nutrient containing Calcium, Sulfur and Magnesium. There are additional supplements containing Iron, but I've never found those to be noticeably beneficial. Find one that is water-soluble; many nutrients are soil-soluble but they can become more potent when the soil/substrate is in a limited area over time.
Additionally, NPK is obviously the most necessary nutrients. Find a fert higher in Nitrogen (N) than Phosphorus & Potassium (P & K) during the vegetative state. When you initiate flowering, use a fertilizer higher in P than N & K. About two weeks before you harvest, run clean spring water and douse the plant. Any residual growing chemicals will clear out and won't make it to the buds you'll be smoking.
Hope this helps, nutrients are ALWAYS important, plants simply cannot thrive without them.

Don't bother until you have your setup dialed in.

... unless you are using advanced nutrients or miracle gro.. in which case good luck sorting that out.

I personally use a base nute 2 part formula NPK 6-3-8 from start to finish.

With extra Ca, Mg, Si and PK1314.

My whole nutrient lineup costs me £53 around $75.

These are all one litre bottles.

The base nute lasts me 2 harvests of 4 plants.

The other additives so far have lasted me over 12months.

I do use some other extras such as a root stimulator and an enzyme product. But these aren't really any extra nutrients. Very minimal NPK on the root stimulator.

Day 41 of 12/12.

I grow in coco with chemical nutes and don't flush.

My plants at harvest time are as green as you see them in the pics above.
