only one leaf?

I have a couple of plants I topped off a month ago, and ever since their leaves have been only growing with one or three pieces to them. Is this normal, what does it mean?

what's your light schedule? they look like they don't know whether to veg or flower. look over-fed too

16/8. I did throw them in flower for like 6 days then switched back. So that was what caused it? That was over a month ago, they have been vegging again for a while.

your plant is re-veggin it's called monster cropping and when it takes of it will be awesome
