Im just starting growing a couple weeks ago, so dont take me as an expert on this. just educated guesses

that spec on the leaf? ignore that, think of it like a freckle or a blemish, doesnt look like its going to get worse(you dont see the rest of the leaf losing colour so it looks contrained to that one spot)
How much light is it getting? it could probably use a bit more to get it really going. Unless its getting lots already.
But... whats that white stuff on the stem?

Omg!! It's tabacco mosaic virus!!!

Just kidding. It looks like a drop of water that dried (nutrients). I would say its not an issue. Keep an eye on them though, and if it spreads or gets worse, then start looking into possible deficiencies or nute burn.

The white stuff on the bark is what looks like shedding. Almost like the stem has an oldskin that's shedding. They are pretty strong and not discolored or anything. There are six 27Watt bulbs and one 65Watt bulb. All 5k color. It might be the nutrient burn though now that you mention it. I foliar spray them once in-between waterings and it has a tiny bit of nutes in it (same stuff used for the food). It did only happen on that one leaf and no where else. Do you think the stems looked messed up? I can take some pics of them and post. It didn't seem like much of a problem but I guess it might be something.

All plants started from seed will do that. Fear not, and continue with your grow. Its looking good!
