One plant has no trics

I have one plant that is 5 weeks into flowering and the other ones look like they are dipped in sugar. Why is this one not forming any trics?

I'd say it's related more to the genetics. I had a Jack Herer/Indica hybrid that hardly had any crystalline structure at all, and what was there was more like powdered sugar than granules. But the shit was mind-melting!!! Crazy thing was that what the parent plants lacked in crystal structure, the clones more than made up for.
