One of main stems broke when they were tied down for scrogging

My plants r 3 weeks in vegging and they were topped bout 2 weeks b4 that cos I'm scrogging it. One of the main two stems broke.wot harm will it do to the plant.it's in a big wilma pot.it broke cos it was tied to tight(feckin raging)

Before u duct tape it, put something around it, like a straw split up the middle thentape her all up and it should be fine, lol, found u!

yah, you'd be surprised at the amount of abuse that a plant can take, it amazes me sometimes really.. than other times they seem like they can die at a drop of a hat till they're pretty established, lol, but fortunately snapping stems is something that they seem to bounce back from really well.. it may slow growth for a few days till it recovers from it, but it should heal up just fine with a callous formed at the wound site..
like others have already said, you can splint it up and i wouldn't use duct tape, but you can wrap it with some string after you splint it.. make sure to remove the string and splint after it appears to have healed up is all..

ye my gf just btoke my stem in the middle of both my larger top topped nodes after i first put them in scrog like half hour ago im pissed off dude out of panick i quickly taped them together just a waiting game it is 2 weeks in flowering and full of hairs it was going so well i feel like turning super saiyan. my stem broke jus like mr myagis bonsai tree in karate kid 3 . lol

I was minding my own business in my garden yesterday when purple tangerine suddenly decides she will outgrow my other babies.. bitch.

Broke her main stem, & all the best growing lower branches. Hopefully this next growth spurt she thinks twice about growing upwards.. Give her plenty of space, and all she wanted to do is go up
