13-13-13 is not geared specifically for flowering but it will work. you dont need so much Nitrogen next time

if you are dealing with gnats than dont worry.. they wont munch on your plants (as far as i know)... but from what ive hear neem oil works for pests.... i use seaweed extract personally and it works relatively well to keep bugs away

With gnats, like chuck bane said, u can use neem oil, but I put one inch of play sand over my soil AFTER i let soil dry out. Then I water with 1 gal water/1/4 cup hydrogen peroxide. But i spaced this water amongst 4 plants, then lay out sticky traps.
Drying soil out deters adults from laying anymore in soil, also sand makes em think its to dry. H2O2 suppose to kill the larve, and bring a little oxygen to your roots.
as far as i can tell the adults dont do any damage, but the larvae eat the tiny root hairs on your roots.
This all is exactly what i did to my 12 plants and it worked for me, This is after I tried the neem oil. I think neem is more geared towards mites, fungus, but Im still new so I could b wrong.

Do you have a pic of the dying leaves?
