your plants should be fine, they just curled up because it was cold most the leaves should go back to normal, atleast thats wat i learned in my horticulture lol but you should check wat leaves looked like they could have died from the cold and cut them off

yeah i would trim off the dying fan leafs. then keep a close eye on the forecast. looks like you are a couple weeks away from harvest so if it comes down to it, i would cut the plant down if it's almost ready but is going to face a cold night if left outdooors. best of luck and take it easy.

just build a little cover out of plastic sheeting, pvc. use 1/2". you wont even have to glue it. just make a box and cover it with the plastic.

the frost will never get to the plant.

Can you guys build a temp green house with a clear tarp and 2 x4's???

Maybe some PVC pipes and elbows?

That's what I would be looking at if you have access

You can buy heating wire than you bury into the first few inches of soil around the base of the plant - if you keep the roots warm they are FAR more resistant to cold like that. The wire hovers around ~$20 at the garden stores near me.

You can also get plastic frost covers for your plants if you think it's gonna frost or rain.

Lastly - I've had lots of cold problems you'll be alright.
