Pics would be really helpful here mate, if you can try and upload one, without seeing the plant people will just be guessing and may make a wrong call, If it is mold you need to find out what is causing it, Gives the pro's here a headstart buy posting more info

basically as much as you can tell us, lights, feed brand, feed strength, medium, indoor or outdoor, watering schedule, temps of water and res (if you have one), Temps of environment , PH levels.

A picture is worth a thousand words (although when i handed a picture in instead of an essay once, they said it wasn't good enough)

I kno my bad. But my camera on my phone doesnt work(dropped it in water with life proof case one)
So ill just try to explain.
I use FloraNova bloom(whole life)
Water temp is 75f the room is 84f its a bubble i used about half a tsp per gallon. I use ro water.
The "mold" i guess looks like a bunch of little tiny white roots .

You say "sprout" but you're using nutes???????
That's a really hard question to help with without pics dude.
Not to be a dick, but don't expect any accurate answers without pics.
At least tell us how often you water.
