I don;t know about the states 'cause I live in canada but some of the states are legal.
I would say basically that 'no' its not legal but if you want the seeds you order them and take the risk.
The chances of anything happening to you are slim to none UNLESS you are on probation or have had a past criminal record, otherwise they have no reason or time to search every envelope for seeds.

Besides most companies don't put any info on the label that would cause suspicion.

In other words, I doubt your seeds will come in an envelope with a return addresses saying.....

"Marijuana seeds 'r us" or anything. :mrgreen:

That'z exactly what some other dude told me. I live in California and there are a lot of cannabis clubs in my area, in fact, i live literally down the street from one. However i haven't gotten my medical license yet so basically i'm still illegit. But you're saying that seed banks make a point not to mark the bags with anything that might give it away? I just wanna be sure, for obvious reasonz..

What you do is you ask them.
There are a lot of reputable seed banks out there.
I recently used BCseedKing and was very happy with my order. It came in a timely fashion,(one week) came with no sales receipt, was in an ordinary brown paper envelope with a cd case inside with another tiny brown paper envelope with the seeds in it.

I ordered 20 indoor seeds and got 17 freebies.

It all went smoothly without a hitch.
I wish I had asked about the mix because those ones aren't labeled.

Whatever you do, don't put someone elses name on the envelope hoping that it will help. It doesn't.
It just draws unwanted attention to yourself. :?

Besides which, even if the seeds are confiscated, they can't do anything to you.
How can they prove you ordered them?
They can't. A friend could of sent them to you as a practical joke.

And....uh....we aren't all legal here. :shock::shock::o
