Ok, what the fuck am I doing wrong?

Hey RIU whats up, harvested today and can say WOW what a waste of time, I have 1000 watts HPS covering 6 medium plants all ending at 4.5 feet each so here is what im confused on-I have ran great PPMs, and shit, good temperatures and consistant care, and all I get is a OZ of smoke from each plant? Isn't that really low? Isn't it something like .5 per watt or something? meaning I should have pulled above a pound from these 6 females?

So RIU i ask wtf causes them to be so small?

here is a recap

vegged (march 20-may 1st) 250 Watt T5
flowered (May 1st-July 1st) 1000 watt HPS
Nutrients of 1100-1200 PPM
Ph Range 5.9-6.3
Temperature 76-80

So seriously has me quite depressed, I smoke like 8 one gram joints a day so ya a ounce wont last long!

So RIU any advise?bongsmilie

your vegging light mate. get them under a 600w for vegging, or veg them longer under t5. hope that helps.

what system are you running
any techniques your using? ie scrog lst etc etc

Were they good genetics ? What were they and where did they come from ? I like to grow more and smaller plants....

As said. What plants were you growing? And as also said how do you already know the weight or is that just a guestimate?

For all we know you could have been growing sativas and harvested way way before they were ready, but yes, for a 1000w hps and at 4.5 foot tall you should be yielding a LOT more than an ounce a plant.

I bet you harvested a couple of weeks early....60 days of 12/12 equals about 45 days of actual flowering....
And if you just harvested today and are already smoking joints then you need to do a lot more research........

i was happy to get an oz per plant under a 1k when i started. its a learning curve directly related to yield.

An ounce a plant is fine if you have 20 plants under that 1k watter, any pics of the plants? setup? finished product?

ya lol a oz would be fine for small plants but these were 4 foot tall, so I was really cleaning my room today and I noticed something, now I am not quite sure if this is true or what, anyways I have a fan capable of evacuating my room every 2 minutes, I noticed that my rear ducting (middle of my room) has been torn open somehow, so now I have a theory-was I depriving my plants of the small amount of co2 that had happened to be in the room?

The strains are Pez, and Blueberry.

ill try and give details anyways veg is flood and drain and proceeded to move them into dwc buckets, uh ya using Hydroton and rockwool.

and these nutes called X Nutes, Micro and Bloom

At first I was like, Dang only an ounce?

And then I reread and was like Dang an ounce a plant?!?! That sounds pretty good to me. Then again I don't smoke much.. so a couple Oz could last me and roomie a while. Prob a year.
