I've met more bands than I can name, Sevendust, In This Moment, Flatline, Dave Mustaine, All That Remains, Dusturbed.... it's a long list. Never had any bad experiences at all, smoked down with quite a few of them, not Dave though :(..
If I remember right, you have a job working with a recording studio. Am I right?

Does it count that I was brought in to set up the place that Henry Ford II used for a rendezvous for cheating on his then-wife Christina with his now widow Kathy.

I met Muhammed Ali in the Cleveland airport. He could barely talk or walk without help yet was gracious enough to sign some autographs.
I got a huge hug from Allyssa Milano (nom, nom) when I was at a bar where her bf was playing.
Played hockey a few times with Brett Gretzky, we called him "The Good One" I know he's not famous but since his brother is, I figure that's a celebrity meet, once removed.
I met Magic Johnson when he played for MSU.
I've met tons of magicians, the most famous that non-magicians would know are probably Penn, Teller, David Copperfield, and Lance Burton.

Had dinner with Brian Burke (GM for the Toronto Maple Leafs) & Wendell Clarke. Gotten good & shitfaced with Jimmy Dorey a few times golfing. Took Lincoln Alexander (our Governor General in the 90's) on a tour of a ship.Few others famous...One thing I've learned is it means nothing. All the money & fame in the world. I'm not either but due to my job I get opportunities like that & I swear, the more money they have the worse off they are. Wives & kids in treatment, tax issues.. MONEY problems like you wouldn't believe. I don't care how rich you are. If your carrying a million dollar balance on your VISA you have problems. & I know a few that have that. Or they have 5 million in property but they only pay interest, no principle. etc etc.I had to sit & listen to the drunk whore of a wife complain to her friend about the $25K flagstone around the fireplace that she just hated. "no one even asked me about it" (They did but she was too shitfaced to remember) Most of us don't have the house let alone a fireplace & I have to listen to her complain like its the end of the world when in reality she could care less. It's all about the complaining. Never been to a meal out where they don't send back items for ANY reason. I swear, its all about the complaining. Its their thing I think. I smile & nod :)I like my little bungalow & my 5 year old Jeep. My wife & I are in love & the kids talk to us all the time. Wouldn't change it for all the money in the world. For the record I make less that $80K a year before tax & my wife is a stay at home mom. Also I am not saying everyone who has money or is famous is like that but I have to say on the happy scale, from my experience, people making 80-120K are the best off. Not so much that they are above everyone & not so little that they have to worry about groceries. Or competing with the Mr & Mrs Jones the III. anyways... I have ranted enough.. ;)Toke on Tokers

Roger Clemens
Nomar Garciaparra

A few others that I can't really recall, and probably a few more that I've completely forgotten about.

We got to puff on Travis' joint, he was really quiet though. It was right after a Transplants show (hence meeting Tim Armstrong and Skinhead Rob as well). He was SUPER SUPER nice and extremely thankful to us for being fans, in his typical soft spoken speech.

Tom DeLonge kind blew me off a bit. I was standing in live for a Boxcar Racer show at The Palladium in Worcester, MA. The buses were parked on the side of the building, and the line had gone around the front corner to that side of the building. So we're all standing there (hundreds of us), I had just gotten there and I have my back against a gate that was separating the crowd from the buses. I turned around because I heard a familiar angsty voice and low and behold it was Tom. I called his name every time he went in and out but he didn't even look at me for a while. The next time I saw him I asked him if he'd sign my copy of Flyswatter (they're first, IIRC, demo tape). It was a legit tape, and in pretty awesome condition for it's age. He was shocked that I still had one and gladly signed it. He asked me if I wanted Travis to sign, but I politely declined since Travis wasn't in the band at the time of the tape.
