Damn tell me why i just started my OG op sunday.. and y they r not calling for rain until this friday. The fucking heat here has just broke a record today at 91 degress. I dont know if myt plants will survive but the area that they were placed is shaded from 4pm thro the rest of the day. It is going to be record highs in the temp until thursday, this has to be my luck. Can someone tell me if they well be ok or not? They girls are at least a 100 miles away right now and i cant get to them until the weekend. They are calling for rain on friday so do u guys think that they will survive? :fire::fire:

I don't understand all this worry a few plants I had thrived during the 38 and above( <100f) summer here.

Are they getting plenty of water though as that is the only real issue I encountered they get Mighty thirsty.

Im not trying to be an ass hole but this is the reason i posted the thread because there is no rain and i am a hundred miles away and cant get to them so hell no they are not getting any water just the water i potted them with. :spew:

look at it this way in simple form... what happens when you get hot and have no water???? The same thing with the plant it gets hot with no water for days at extreme heat.... i think you know the answer your just waiting for someone to confirm it. When doing in outdoor grow far away from your house you should always be scouting a place that has some kind of natural water by it. Such as a pond, creek, lake, any thing that has water enriched ground. hopeful they will survive but most likely if they are small plants with little rooting they are going to be fried of the heat stays in high to mid 90s.. but who knows maybe you will be okay but most likely not

no they are not babies they are 3 monhs old

If they are that old they might have better luck... How much water did you give them and whats the time from last water till the rain?

i watered them when i potted but that was sunday evening and there will be no rain until thursday nite so they might be ok hopefully :evil:

I think your plants will be just fine, many times my plants have lasted a week or two with it being hot, and there being no rain, just pray and try to get there as fast as you can.

Hell yeah i went to check on everyone yesterday and its a good they are wonderful thanks for everyones support and thanks to the hater for his two cents :leaf::leaf:

Dig holes and put them in the ground you would have less to worry about. Sitting in the sun in buckets will surely heat and dry up your root zone. The ground is your best bet especially since it sounds like you aren't able to get out there as frequently as they will need to be watered in those buckets. You are however off to a great start.

I was thinking about it but i want to be able to move them around for security reasons thanks for the advice tho homie :leaf: Nah but now that i think about it im going to plant them in the ground the end of the month or early april to try to get at least 10 oz a plant hopefully.
