Rudy Giuliani 'demanded oral sex while on phone to Trump'
Rudy Giuliani has been accused of making an employee perform oral sex on him while he was on the phone to Donald Trump.

Noelle Dunphy, 43, who is suing for $10 million in damages and unpaid wages, claimed the former New York mayor subjected her to "wide-ranging sexual assault and harassment".

She also claimed he went on "alcohol-drenched rants" that included "sexist, racist, and anti-Semitic remarks" and made her work environment "unbearable".

Ms Dunphy claimed that she had recordings of numerous interactions with Mr Giuliani.

The 70-page complaint said: "He often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump.

"Giuliani told Ms Dunphy that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct while on the telephone because it made him 'feel like Bill Clinton'."

In a statement a representative for Mr Giuliani, 78, said he "vehemently and completely denies the allegations in the complaint and plans to thoroughly defend against these allegations. This is pure harassment and an attempt at extortion."

The representative added: "Mayor Giuliani’s lifetime of public service speaks for itself, and he will pursue all available remedies and counterclaims. [He] categorically denies all of the allegations of this frivolous complaint."

A lawyer for Mr Giuliani has denied that Ms Dunphy ever worked for him.

According to the complaint, which was filed in a New York state court, Ms Dunphy began working for Mr Giuliani in January 2019, and did so until 2021.

She was hired as his director of business development and public relations consultant for $1 million a year, the complaint said.

Ms Dunphy alleged that Mr Giuliani began abusing her as soon as she started working for him, kissing her in the back of an SUV on her first day.

The complaint said: "He made clear that satisfying his sexual demands - which came virtually anytime, anywhere - was an absolute requirement of her employment."

It was claimed Mr Giuliani "often demanded that she work naked, in a bikini, or in short shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her."

The complaint added: "He drank morning, noon, and night, and was frequently intoxicated, and therefore his behaviour was always unpredictable."

Ms Dunphy claimed that Mr Giulani "took Viagra constantly” and that she "worked under the constant threat that Giuliani might demand sex from her at any moment.

"When they were apart, they would often work remotely via videoconference, and during those conferences Giuliani almost always asked her to remove her clothes on camera."

Ms Dunphy alleged Mr Giuliani claimed to have “immunity” and told “her that he was selling pardons for $2 million, which he and President Trump would split".

The complaint alleges that Lev Parnas, a Giuliani associate previously convicted for fraud, was present for that conversation.

However, the lawsuit does not suggest any pardons were in fact sold.

Ms Dunphy claimed she was told by Mr Giuliani that her salary would have to be deferred until the end of a divorce he was going through.

Mr Giuliani had only paid her $12,000 and she was still owed $1,988,000, she claimed.

She also alleged that Mr Giuliani reneged on a promise to give her free legal representation in a separate domestic violence legal case.

She accused him of "unlawful abuses of power, wide-ranging sexual assault and harassment, wage theft and other misconduct."

Ms Dunphy also alleged that the former New York mayor previewed plans to attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election if Mr Trump lost.

Mr Giuliani told her “that Trump’s team would claim that there was ‘voter fraud’ and that Mr Trump had actually won the election,” she claimed in the lawsuit.

Mr Giuliani’s New York law licence was suspended in 2021 after a court ruled that he made “demonstrably false and misleading” statements about voter fraud.

His DC law licence was temporarily suspended after the New York decision.

The 78-year-old has claimed the moves were politically motivated.

Mr Giuliani is also under investigation in a criminal probe in Georgia over Mr Trump and his allies' efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in the state.

Looks like Jack and Georgia should be interested in this bit of news, and she will be sitting down with state and federal investigators. Perhaps another search of Rudy's offices is in order? Yet another reason to delay both cases until a better time to indict Trump, say in the middle of the GOP primary? They will have an ace or two in the hole to put him away early, just in case, NY and the federal documents cases seem like good bets.

What would be the worst possible time for Trump to get indicted and then convicted as far as the GOP are concerned?

Merely getting indicted won't hurt him for the GOP nomination, shit he might be able to run from a prison cell and win because the republican party is full of half mad morons. I think his trials will stretch into primary season along with convictions. Most of the criminal convictions he is facing are the cuffs go on in the court upon conviction kind and he is led away to jail until sentencing. When would be the best time to leave the GOP high and dry before the election of 24? Would Trump turn on them for "disloyalty" and attack the GOP, especially if they chose a different nominee than him? He would have to do his attacking from prison and convicts contact with the outside world is rather limited. Once convicted they tend to not be heard from again, disappear from public and are memory holed pretty fast.

I anticipate a subpoena of those thousands of emails and texts; they tie into the seditious conspiracy case

Story from 2021 where rudy was trying to sell a pardon for 2 million....
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/jan/17/rudy-giuliani-associate-john-kiriakou-trump-pardon
that seems like corroborating evidence to me...
To make sales he needed to tell people about his "service", he needed to advertise. The FBI can interview likely suspects among his contacts and it is a crime to lie to them, many could not raise the money and many lawyers would be afraid to deal in bought pardons. There are not that many in prison with the means to pay such a sum, it would be a short list. How would such payments be made? If they did it a certain way for one, they would use the same method for others.
