wow.... and who is a cfl grower to say socal doesn't have dank?? If you dont believe its true, you dont have a clue. Socal has the best dank in the world. I will rep that shit and all thanks to the Prop 215 movement. If you think you have better nugs, post em. Lets see. Ill shoot any picture down with different pics of og strains. Guess its just my taste but honestly I travel all over CA. I live in socal. I work in norcal. Norcal doesn't compare to the valley.

i would rather smoke some expensive indoor, than some cheap highly available outdoor stuff... the prices down here can get high, but depends on where you go... there are a lot of places with a lot of strains for 13/g-18/g...

also, i think we've got a pretty impressive selection of clones... i'm pretty sure I can get any cut i want out here for ten bucks or so... of course, selection isn't that important to me because i'm only interested in powerful quality cuts.

like that OG... any cut is good... but there are a few definite killers out there... LA cut is killer, SFV cut is killer, fire cut is killer... just gotta know where to go... which can be hard sometimes because he got hundreds of places moving stuff.

lol whats sketchy about his info? so far he's about right. OG is tops, and the LA area cuts are the madness for sure.

What's with the fluoro bashing Bleez? I know a lot of cats that say fluoros crank out tops because of all the ultraviolet, and if you don't believe that, just read through all the articles about fluoros effect on the skin. ;-)

I am not trying to say that SoCal pot sucks, California in general has some of the best strains and outdoor growing conditions in the world. Some of those strains I will probably never have the privilege of trying. I will stick with my original comment though, whenever humbolt or mendo herb comes to town my mouth begins to water. I prefer outdoor because it smokes smoother, tastes cleaner, and doesn't give you that cloudy tired feeling after you come off the high. I'm really surprised you locals don't agree. I enjoy the occasional indica, but I really hate couchlock, I'm one of those energetic stoners you know?

Why does everyone think I'm so angry? I just questioned some guy making claims on the internet. Are you guys saying all the info found on RIU is accurate? I beg to differ. Anyway there is no need for a hug, because there was no fight, just a conversation.

ITZ all good bro's.. in my time smoking herb was a thing of pleasure. why not smoke the best.. that is all im saying. btw 213 fire ogkush clones.. 20bucks on west pico blvd. itz not about the best, itz bout growing it the fullest. pumping chemicals into your plant is ok, but make a compost bin and start from there. 1plant gave me just 1oz. dried. i kept them small, but it looks like diamonds are in the buds. so come my way, and bring that humbolt co. SGDP(super grand daddy purple). dont be selfish, cuz it only get better when we share....MADD LOVE

so cal is the place for great cannabis. some of strains that i have enjoyed growing and smoking are sfv og kush/bannana kush/la con/purple urkel/grand daddy purple/gods gift/xxxog kush and i really like larry og kush all these cuts go for 10 to 20 dollars and are easy to find most the time.

theres pros and cons with both areas (so-cal and nor-cal) but for somebody to say so-cal has shitty herb is an arogant idiot..... there is good herb everywhere, you could probably find dank weed in tijuana if you knew the right people, i went to three clubs in arcata and they had some bomb green crack, some dank purple nepal, but nothing even came close to the l.a. selection of kush and other strains, im sure its up there but i didnt find any, ithink the common ground here is that california has the best herb in the world

In late '93 John from Grass Valley Ca. got the Chem Dog cut. He shared it with me, Jerry(cowboy) from Dibble Creek Ca. and Harold(Putz) from Sunset Beach Ca. Putz had a male he called the secret ingredient. It was a cross of Lemon Thai and an Old World Paki Kush. Putz bred the secret ingredient to the Chem Dog. The buds that came out of this cross were going around So. L.A. county in '95. Someone told Putz that Kush must be so good because it was mountain grown. Putz laughed and told him "this Kush is Ocean Grown Kush bro". The tag stuck and it became known as OG Kush.

That sounds much closer to what I've heard about "OG Kush", and fills a few gaps in the stories I've heard too. Now my question Jerry is this, how Kush based is the Original Chem Dawg cut and where did the Bubba Kush pop up in the mid 90's? The Thai explains the sat. influence, but I know Chem dawg and Bubba are much more solid ind. PLease correct me if I'm mistaken, just learning lineage so I can try and track down some s1 or cuts outside of Cali!
