Doesnt chopping while theyre budding especially chopping formed buds stress them to maybe hermie?
I don't wanna say yes or no, LOL.....but for me getting lights to all the buds with in that 1st 3 feet is really important. I am convinced with more lights you get way more crystals on the buds that makes the smoke high octane. Another thing that i noticed week 3-4 is ok to trim, all it does it set back the growing process for a few days till the plant is completely heals. Now there are a few ways to help the hormones to get re-balanced quicker. I feed molasses only for 2 days without any nutes and that works for me very well.bongsmilie

hellls yeaaa! how are the PM patients doing everything all good was the humidity to high?
Lol they are doing well! No signs of the PM yet. Well I went little wild with spraying too much after lights off and left the patio door open at nights. So that's how I got hight humidity and low temperature. I don't know what I was thinking, lol

hey earlier I saw that you had asked about the nute ppm. I use pure blend aswell grow and flower and Ive always boosted them up to the 1500ppm mark by the end of week 4. I use several of the additives you do aswell as a few others. Have you tried sulfur burner for your powdery mildew? If your still in veg then you have plenty of time. I can show you how to build a very cheap VERY effective sulfur burner and I swear by mine. You can also raise the heat for a week or so and spray your plants everyday ( neem, azatrol w.e) From my experience pm will come back after 3 days but if you keep after the spray and take small size steps along the way it tends to steer clear for the remainder of the flower cycle.

I would recommend you get lemon juice (pref organic) and mix 3 parts water with 1 part lemon juice. Spray every 3 days or so for a couple weeks it should be gone. Why this works... the acidity of the lemon juice lowers the ph on the leaf surface, turns out PM can't survive in a low ph environment = you win. Milk also works, but that leaves a residue, and seems much messier then lemon juice. The plants love it as a foliar and there's no bad residue so you really got nothin to lose.

I used to push the nutes to around 1500-1700 but to be honest with you since I kept my nutes around 1000 and lower plants seem to be much happier and of course depending on the strain the ppm is adjusted. I've heard sulfur is a great option however it wouldn't work for me cuz I have my setup inside my closet which the sulfur fume will spread though out the house and become a health issue for me and to leave the patio door open then I have to deal with the temperature. I really appreciate for the info and that is a great tip. Thank you

It makes a lot of sense, thank you. I will start doing it today and post an update every 3 days and see what happens. Excellent!:)

Wow your Tangerine Dream plant is looking great. The best thing of all is that I'm on day 24 of flower and myTD is developing in a very sexy similar way to yours. I'm not sure mine will be quite as sexy looking as yours for a while though because I LST'ed it and now I got buds everywhere! I counted 30+ bud sites all pointing upward with clear access to light. Might have slowed it down a LOT with the LSTing if more buds = longer flowering. I heard TD can take a little while to finish depending on phenotype. How long are thinking for the TD now?
