odor neutralizing

I have a stealth dresser that i just started to flower in and im worried that the smell will escape. I dont want to hook up my big 160 cfm fan as it is very loud even with a controller and takes away the hole reason of having a stealth grow. This makes it hard for me to attach a carbon filter in-line so my question is would a carbon "bag/filter" in front of all the pc fans eliminate most of the smell? I was looking into those odor eliminating cfls but they seem to good to be true can anyone help?

My space is 1.5x3x4' with two chronic strains growing under two 90 watt leds.

Phresh filter. You can make a home made silencer with ducting and sound deadening foam. It looks like egg carton. The exhaust end is the loud end imo. You are going to have trpuble half assing around a good carbon filter. Get a can, phresh, etc.

The only problem is I'm most likely going to need a smaller fan then. If you say this is my only option what's a good cheap fan for my small cab? 25sq ft at most
