Odor and different types of lights

Is it possible you get less odor from your flowering plants with
LED lights vs a 600w HPS light?

Also when you are flowering do you get more odor during the
12 hours the lights are on? Or is it the same?

Just curious as I am setting up my ventilation system.

The only difference I can think of would be less smell using LED'S. Quantity will dictate how much smell you have so growing under LED'S will produce less product thus less smell. Is this the road you want to go? Double your yield by using the HID family of lights and go out and buy an ozonator with the extra cash you will have...JAS

Humidity is higher with lights out, humidity makes a more pungent odor. I run a phresh filter ducted to my attic and walk arount the house every day, I never smell them during the day but do catch a little wiff occasionally at night

I have found the same thing, i read that carbon filters are less efficient if the air is moist and as you say lights out is usually higher humidity.
