Odd shaped leaves and blotchy colouration??

Hello, does anybody know what is wrong with this plant. soil pH 6.3, has only been fed fermented aloe fert which is 1.5/1/1.5.



Could be bugs on the main plant, looking at the plants in the background could also be watering to often.

Spider mites? Tobacco mosaic virus?

Get them the hell away from your healthy plants!
