Obongo backtracks on Marijuana

Last week, Attorneys General in every State allowing medical marijuana, received a memo from the Department of Justice. The memo states in uncertain terms, that the States are free to prosecute Dispensaries, and "large scale" operations. This has empowered the States, who's populace have voted to legalize medical marijuana, to go after anyone, medical need not withstanding. The ambiguity of wording "large scale", and "Dispensary", have allowed local Governments to skirt state laws, and put a targe on the back of anyone who grows.

Laws are worthless, their only as good as those who enforce and uphold them. If you believe in your rights you better be prepared to defend them because no one else will protect them and those who wish to infringe upon your rights are heavily armed and state sanctioned and are prepared to kill you if you don't obey their orders.

Elect your county Sheriff they can eject the FEDS from the county for violating Local and State laws.
Make the FEDs present the warrent to the Sheriff every time the FEDs try to serve one.
Your Sheriff is the highest elected Law enforcment agent in the country.
Sheriffs have considerably more power then what they currently use to protect their constituents.

It is most likely a Sheriff will not protect you, it is also likely he would be arrested or killed if he tried to. Most If not all Sheriffs are unwilling to risk their life and career over protecting the constitution and the citizens in their community from unlawful aggression by government agents.
