Funny,

I have plants in my back yard and basement, no one is coming for me. I'm a registered caregiver, I can tell you with certainty that you're wrong. I declare my income, pay taxes and licensing fees.

The Feds aren't going after caregivers or patients. They're targeting dispensaries and collectives as they said they would.

Romney will attack both MMJ and marijuana in general on every front, he's said so much. Under Mittens patients as well as individual caregivers would all be targeted. The system under Obama isn't perfect but it's a hell of a lot better than the iron fisted prohibition that Mittens will bring

If you really look in to it, you will, see that the Ca loses more money on a weed cases, then anything.

with court cost, and police cost to convicted me for a 1/3 gram of weed, I know it was in the thousands.I only had to pay a $100 fine, and I never paid it!lol, now the state of Ca, says I can grow it now:roll:

Really? In 16 states and DC, one can openly go to a doctor, who will openly sign a prescription, which one can then use to get a license to openly grow cannabis for personal use. That is purely thanks to the Holder memo. So you mean to tell me Dubya ordered Ashcroft to make it this way? Was it Janet Reno? Were you born a retard or have you just always been one?

Its still illegal and you subject to get assraped at anytime. Your trying to tell people that because states pass laws and relax LEO on MJ that Obama did it or is responsible for it and that isn't the case. The holder memo didn't do shit if they increase arrests 600%. If you choose to believe in fucking leprechauns and unicorns fine that your prerogative but when you tell me they exist expect to be called a dumb fuck. State arrests are down, Fed arrests are up.

State initiatives happen entirely independently of Obama, he hasn't actually helped MJ one bit...not being aggressive is not the same as not being against. You're giving him credit he doesn't deserve.

Everything that has been achieved so far is the work of you guys, grassroots activists (no pun intended). Why give Obama the credit?

That said, Mittens would be more aggressive on MJ, but Obama isn't and hasnt been helping.
