Obama cover up of the Libya Assassination about to blow up...

Even the left wing media has caught wind of the obvious cover up going on in the Administration regarding the assassinations in Libya.

When the White House came out on the day of the assassinations and pinned it on some obscure Utube video it was hard to understand their motives.

Now it is becoming clear. The Ambassador to Libya and the security forces had repeatedly asked for more protection in Libya and that protection was DENIED by the state department.

The White House has started an FBI investigation that supposedly cannot get to Libya to start actually investigating because it is too dangerous. Somehow CNN and their reporters have managed to be all over the compound and even picked up a journal from the Ambassador explaining his concerns.

So, we have an administration that is incapable of defending it's own employees and of telling the truth or taking responsibility when things go wrong.

I can only assume this is a desperate attempt to push the topic off until after the election or maybe permanently as the fault of this is going to fall squarely on the executive branch.

It is just sickening to see good people get killed due to the incompetence or maliciousness of others. We have Brian Terry dead at the hands of fast and furious, the Ambassador to Libya, 2 ex-navy seals and another citizen due to the flat out negligence of the state department. We need to chuck Obama out of office before the pile of bodies gets any higher.

Back to topic, of course they are doing that, since when are politicians trying to be honest?

There is where you are wrong. this isn't politics. This is current events, national security, and cover up. Laws and accountability, the oversight duties of Congress are not politics.

Oh, they all lie. This is different.

You wish it would be treated as merely political lies. Nope, Hillary was set up. Security was denied for whatever reason. The Abassador was....(un-speakable) She will have to answer, explain the fuck ups and perhaps take the fall. But, she is already in her last year at State.

To hide this in hopes to be re-elected is very bad, indeed. To screw your rival the Clintons, if proved, is perhaps Criminal. What Motive? Michelle for President, why not?

Not political lies at all. The very real progress, and the almost un-obtainable, semblance of a stable security situation is now looking hopelessly screwed in the Mid-East. And because of CnC gross negligence it seems.

This kind of incompetence is frowned upon and is a Commander in Chief failure and outside of his political lies, all together.

But, oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.

I uderstand how serious the situation is, but I just mentioned that lies are used in politics no matter how serious the underlying truth is. No purpose in saying that he's covering it up, because it's obvious.

lol over dramatic or what? (i know libya is not middleeast but this thread is about libya)

"The Libyan authorities have given armed groups two days to vacate military bases and compounds as they seek to capitalise on the wave of people power that drove an Islamist militia from Benghazi at the weekend.

Jihadist militias in Derna, Libya's Islamist stronghold, threw in the towel on Sunday, withdrawing from their stronghold and announcing they were disbanding to avoid a repeat of the scenes in Benghazi in which angry crowds sent armed gunmen fleeing. One of the routed militias was blamed for an attack on the US consulate two weeks ago that left four Americans dead including the ambassador, Chris Stevens."

It's all orchestrated. Just like the USS Cole, the Embassy bombings in Africa, it's all a build up to another false flag op, coming soon.

Just quoting parisan, from the left, drivel. Yeah, they took one armed compound by surprise and burned some weapons, but what happened a the next miltia HQ? Or don't you read that deep? I really wonder why folks only debate with the surface lies. And don't Persian Rug merchants just change their business name?
Dis-band means re-form, is all. Are we really this naive to believe a press report has any meaning here?

The next levels are plain to see even in the pussy press and by the pussy press.

Now, is that a typo, are do you really not think that an Arab country in North Africa teaming with Sharia-facism is not Mid-East in this discussion? Or are you just trying to muddy the waters with red herring?

the uss cole was a false flag attack really?
False flag since you don't know, is proxy war. Iran's proxies are Al Queada, and other fronts, other States, the Taliban, the SS in Pakistan.

Do you really not know who we are at war with?

Those same militias are sitting around pretending to be disbanded while they come up with a new name...

What does that have to do with the fact that the state department denied protection to an Ambassador and now he and 3 other Americans are dead because of it?

Our embassy is American territory. The Ambassador asked for protection. The state department denied him personal protection. The ambassador is dead...

Then, in an attempt to divert attention away from the screw up and resulting cover up, the administration blamed the attack on some obscure utube video.

What I wanted was our ambassador protected. Since that is no longer possible, what I want is an investigation into who decided to deny him protection and why. Then I want that person that made the decision fired because he or she has shown an obviously defective judgement process.

I do not however, want to have a discussion on what the Libyan government is or is not doing in this thread because it is completely irrelevant to the topic.

im of the belief that things would be much worse now if there had of been armed forces there

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/12/20/washington/20embassy.html?_r=0
"the report found that some embassies have effectively become command posts, with military personnel in those countries all but supplanting the role of ambassadors in conducting American foreign policy. The report, completed by the Republican staff of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee last week, concluded that Pentagon “enthusiasm” has blurred chains of command and has the potential to backfire by weakening American relationships abroad and setting back American counterterrorism efforts. Look, I want to be fair with you Ginja because you probably dont even know half of the story.

The Ex-Navy seals were not with the ambassador when he was sodomized and killed, they were attacked and killed in a separate location 40 minutes afterwards. They were not part of a security detail, they just jumped in to help once they saw what was going on. And they are dead because of it.

The Ambassador had NO protection at all.

Do you understand that fact?
