anyone have any suggestions on some good nutes for veg growing in soil?

purchase the fox farm starters kit... it will provide you with basic essentials. it also provides an easy to follow nutrient schedule if you need the extra help

Personally, I like Advanced Nutrients and you can use em in soil too, as well as in hydro. Just check out the calculator on the Advanced Nutrients site.

Nutes: General Organics GO Box, $30. Easy, complete.
Soil: Any decent organic soil. I add some coco chunks to add porosity, air, and breeding grounds for good bacteria.

are you grow organically ? or just with the sythenic fertz ? if ogranic it will be alaska 5-1-1- for veg, or you can sprinkle (top dressing) with blood meal, if you go for the sythenic, then I would recommend Dyna-Gro s GROW, you can use it all the way to the harvest ! and dyna s gro bloom and pro tekt is very exellcent too.

Green Planet Nutrients! they have organic nutes, and nutes for both soil and hydro.

For veg i use ocean forest soil with verde from humbolt. My sluts stay dark green until around week 6 in flower using verde only for veg and fox farm for flower. I also foliar spray during veg with the verde. The plants love it. check it out.
