Nutrient Solutions?

I went to the hydro shop today to buy my rockwools and the man gave me a free highly concentrated nutrient solution called "Floralicious Plus." It is highly diluted as the mixture calls for one teaspoon per 5 gallons. How should I apply this? Should I mix this in with my daily watering spray bottle and continue to mist\water like normal? or rather add this to my plant food solution bottle that I apply about every week?

I wouldn't Foliar feed anything that strong. Just water on the leaves. Put it in your solution for watering. Start with 1/4 strength until you figure out what exactly what your strain requires.

i use G.H. products and floralicious is not a foliar feeding product. also - i think you meant it is highly concentrated (diluted means the opposite).

Floralicious is meant to be used as an additive with their three-part series (Flora Micro, Grow and Bloom) or their Flora Nova two-part (Grow and Bloom).
G.H. foliar feeding nutes are Diamond Nector and CHI.
