nutrient ratio for autos?

Im pretty sure..as you can see from my grow.. that the lucas method even at 5/10 for autos is too hot. is there anyway to do the math to figure out what typical auto plant needs for nutes..

i know that you usually dont feed an auto until you see hairs.. and I understand a typical auto takes 10 weeks from seed to harvest. and that it eats more as it goes.

What im trying to ask is. has anyone discovered what nutrient ratio an auto needs for its life span.. IE how many PPM of each nute is required during each grow stage. how much NPK is required at what weeks?

also what ppm schedule do you use for a typical auto in a 3 gal pot?

And figuring out the exact ppm would be cool to know. But it would drastically change strain to strain. Balanced feeds seem to do the best

Its common practice to start at 1/4 str nutes and then slowly ramp up until it shows a slight tip burn then hold that amount

Hi, I use A.N 3 part nutrients Micro, Grow and Bloom, I start them around week 3 at 1 part per liter and slowly move up to 2 parts per litre, For me, this has been working fine, and as the saying goes, if it works, don't mess with it.

I believe the medium has a big part in the feed ratio. I am growing in coco and feeding daily since they broke the surface. Growth is slow and puny IMHO. I am following a regiment I saw in video and the dude had some beautiful ladies. Mine are 15 days old and are no wheres near what I see on here. My next grow which I will start in a few days will be is potting soil....

I grow in soil and mix nutes 1/4 strength then 1/2 strength. sometimes i go almost full strength.. IMO every plant is different and needs different amounts of food. So for that reason ya cant just say all autos need X amount of food.. unlike you can do in a clone garden..
There all from the same mother. My autos in veg get 1 US cup feed water a day no more no less. the soil is dry again in 15 hours. after i do a light flush on day 30 35ish I move to bloom and feed 1 cup or 8 oz feed water every 12 hours. If its a big sativa DOM auto ill feed her more like 3 cups a day.. I never have water runoff from my pots i want the plant to use all of it.. Obviously i get runoff at flush but never on feeding.. i use 3 gallon pots.

Really depends on the strains, indica's can tolerate nutrients better than sativa strain autos' Generally they perfer an low ratio of npk

thats the recipe you are after @HolyGhost23

31NIzE++otL.jpgI use these three with FFOF soil and un-ph'd well water. I use full strength nutes from the start. No nutes until flowering starts.

Then the following per gallon - each watering:

1cc Gro
4cc Micro
5cc Bloom

If I remember, towards the end of flower I switch to:

4cc Micro
8cc Bloom
