Nutrient depletion in old bottles

I dont think anyone has asked this question to date so here goes.

Is there any evidence to suggest that nutrient levels in fertilisers lower over time, as in would a 10 year old bottle of fish emulsion still have the same nutrient content as described on the bottle or as a fairly new bottle of fertiliser?

with the cap still on.. maybe half on if you want to get picky lol.

The answer I recall reading came from Earl and the answer is yes. If the site's search function was working i'd try to find it for you. unless i am mis-remembering which has been known to happen from time-to-time
