Nutes during flowering

I am 3 weeks into flowering and just a couple lower leaves have yellowed. How much if any nitrogen does a plant need during flowering? I have a 9-58-8 bloom booster that I am using at 1/4 strength. Do I need something different? Otherwise the plant looks pretty healthy. Thanks.

That sounds great for flowering, during flowering it is normal for the lower leaves to die and fall off. I also like to add some molasses during flowering because it is organic, it is great for flowering, it adds to the taste, and you can use it during the flushing period where you flush out all of the chemical nutrients. Happy growing

Thanks T thats reassuring, and I have been using molasses every other watering. Maybe that is a little soon, I don't know? It is mexican bagseed, best of the worst of the usual. Thank you too goto, I will look for dyna-gro at home depot. I was just worried, it is an awful lot of P, it is all I had at the moment.

Blood meal is awfully hot. But nice for making a tea (especially if you only need )

well i haven't had any problems with it. my temps barely reach the low 80's so maybe that was something to do with it. a lot of nutes dont come with the right amount of nitrogen, even fox farm and metanaturals shit like that

Cool all very useful info. Located the nearest hydro store, but I think I might order online because the store is pretty far. Ya I thought 58 was super high, I diluted it to use but I will ditch it altogether now. In case anyone was wondering, it is Carl Pool BR-61 'The Original', 'Ideal for all flowering plants!' Well apperantly not ALL of them hehe. Thanks to everyone, I am always learning something from you folks. And yes, I had been going to Home Depot and Wal-Mart for all of my growing needs. But to be fair, I only got serious about growing recently.

the 24-8-16 is pretty much what you need for veg. get a 1-5-5 for flowering
