Nute deficiency?

These plants were from bag seed. Trying to get a decent method down before I try expensive stuff

-5 gallon pots
-Miracle Grow potting soil mixed with some perlite
-Water about 1/4-1/3 gallon every 3-4 days. Well water, passed through carbon filter and left to sit for a day or two.
-pH is around 7. I am slowly trying to lower it with some stuff from the store.
-Just added small does of nutes in the last watering
- Light is 24/7 right now, CFLs. The box has 4 150w equivalent bulbs.
-4th-ish week of veg, didn't keep a grow journal for this round.
-temps have fluctuated. It's in the attic and I just got a small heater up there. Temps probably hit 55-60 a night or two before I got the heater up.

Here are some shots. The plant doesn't normally sit with the light rubbing it like in shot2. And the straight "crease" in shot1 is from the leaf overhanging the pot and getting damaged. I'm more interested in the discoloration and brown spots.
Shot3 is from a different plant (the one in the background in shot2)
