Nute Burn?

This is a CFL grow and temps in are around 84 F. She is on a 20/4 light schedule and the medium is 80 top soil, 10 Perlite and 10 peat moss. I've been using Foxfarm big bloom and fed her once with a small dose of Miracle Gro plant food. I'm pretty sure this is nute lock/burn but I want to confirm it.

The thing is though, is that i thought nute lock will stop the plant from growing. She has been having steady growth everyday and new leaves are forming and old leaves are getting bigger.

If you can't see, the bottom leaves are brown at the tip so i cut off the 'burnt' part and the burn seems to be spreading.

The 2nd leaves from the bottom are starting to turn brown at the tip. I wan't this to stop what do i do???

Hello asianstoner. Yes, it looks like Nute burn to me
Don't Panic though mate. Just flush it through with clean water and you should be OK.
If your using a 1 Litre pot flush it with at least 2 Litres of water, if you've got a 5 Litre pot use 10 Litres of water ect. Double the size of you pot for amount of water needed to flush.
You want the water to be warmish as well so you Don't Shock her any more than she is already.
Cutting bit's of leaves off won't stop the Fert's from burning them so try and not panic ;-)
Take care mate and she will pull through just fine
Happy Growing
Rotti.

I forgot to say- If it was me, i would knock the lighting down to 18/6.
your wasting electric imo. and the girls need to rest just like us

A little bit of nute burn for sure. I've used foxfarm in the past and have done the same. Make sure you start with 1/4 strength and work your way up. Same with their bloom nutes. A couple years ago I ruined my first grow trying to go full strength with the FF bloom line.

My only question is why the Miracle Grow?

I don't use any peat moss , but I mix the perlite with potting soil and usually if I feed them nutes before they are 8-10 weeks old they get burned up pretty good . so the first couple of times I use nutes at half strength .

Yeah bro id bring the schedule to 18/6 ....the reason why is plants only have an 18 hour photoperiod.....the other 8 the plant focus on root production.....and bigger rootz mean bigger plantz....but as for burn i cant really see anything that screamz immediate attention...chech the nute burn / deffenciey section im marjjauna problemz section your awnser should be there

What's the pH of the water you're using to water and feed? I wouldn't use the Miracle Grow at all. And if you can get some Fox Farm Lightening Warrior that would be a good blend for starting your plants. Go easy on feeding.

Go to your local hydro shop buy right soil for your plants. the soil look heavy to me . make sure you PH correct. good luck .
