I heard this morning on NPR that Holder will issue clarification on Medical Cannabis soon.

There are Pod Casts for the series covering this on itunes and http://www.californiareport.org/

I'm interested in what Eric Holder will write.

Again though, people equate legalizing with commercial sales and are not even thinking private Horticulture rights.

But Heads up on the California Report audio series that I believe just started.
They said something about Friday and another pod cast.

It is true that the issue is now more than just mainstream.
But without rights for people, commercial advancements keep us down.

I strongly believe we could do much more if we focus on legalizing horticulture for all.

Perhaps that clarification will be something entirely different. Things like that worry a lot of us. Be interesting to listen to what comes of it. Yet, in the back of my mind there's always that nagging black cloud; they'll make it legal for only privately-funded established labs regulated by federal and state committees. You know how it goes - it seems like the doors are going to be open, but in the end it's just another let down. I for one have very little faith in the powers that be.

I believe the last thing that will be legal is for people to grow, breed and share their own.

Oh we will get sales and restrictions on home grown and taxes for sure.

We are just not willing to get up and come out and fight as I see it.

These "grow sites" teach new generations to sling away and grow trees for profit but watch out for the Law..

When will we change? We can only effect change if we are the change.

This hide and grow life style is out of date with the semi legal commerce reality.
We now have legislators and profiteers keeping the little people down when it comes to cannabis horticulture rights because it's more profitable.

we are blinded by money and the green we want to free isn't cannabis.
