Biocontrols impingement type nozzles are used by a few people here on their HPA setups, but honestly they are not that good from my experience because some of the ones I ordered had serious issues...
I tried using 5 different nozzle types and had the best result with Netafim Coolnet pros, and they don't need high PSI...and they come with valves that open and close at certain pressures so you can only use one solenoid on multiple nozzles and have great response.
Positioning is tricky as its not a one size fits all situation, it depends on your setup. But you want the mist to spread and float around and not soak the roots...
On time as short as you can go...maybe 1 sec on...and start with 3 mins off and see how it works for you, but 1sec ON and 3min OFF is a good starting point and then adjust from there...
